"I dont believe it".

scotty snowflake has turned into Victor Meldew!!!!!

But scotty snowflake you didn't believe there would be a wipeout in 2016!!
Or there would be billions of new shares.
Or the need for consolidation.
Or that water had been discovered where they always said there was sludge.
Or that Kozel would be dumped.
Or that SOMO would take control.
Or that Erbil will concede.
Or that the pipe would be closed for long.

Your track record over the 12 years or so proves you get naff all correct!!!

Dear Peel Hunt, we would like to decrease our shares in issue by exactly 2.200%(the amount we will reissue to cover all the options about to vest on sale announcement ).So please take this as a limit buy order for 4,794,461 shares wAt a volume weighted average price of exactly £ 1.4000, not a penny more or less precisely. You have exactly 8 weeks to buy these.TIA

The probability of these numbers being hit with such precise degrees of resolution by CHANCE are in the TRILLIONS......You would expect the buyback to have agreed targets. These are obviously those targets hit.I thought they might use the remaining cash + good news to drive the share price north pre formal sale announcement.I have changed my mind , I think they going straight to SOLD.

The numbers are compelling. Try buying almost 5m shares over 30 different days in different quantities and prices, and end with a vwap of not 1.4 but 1.4000, 4 degrees of resolution, cannot be coincidence agreed. Then try to do the same and concentrate the share issue by not 2.2 but 2.200% 3 degrees of resolution, chances are like finding Elvis alive in a Tibetan monastery....... So it was obvious from the outset the buyback was a stabilisation program, with parameters set. I agree big news coming. &dddddddfffffffffffggghjkkkjjjjjjjjjjjThey require to give 2 weeks minm notice for the SGM that is required to vote the sale by amalgamation through.15th tomorrow, just time for completion end of July.January stay bonus paid in January 2025. 6 months from sale?Buyback after 8 weeks if 100,000 bought last Friday homing in on 4,794.461 shares bought at an exact VWAP of £ 1.4000 price.PLUS that equates to an exact 2.200% capital concentration. These are not possibly coincidence.SALE RNS imminent, like tomorrow.

I dont believe it. Its virtually impossible for any INOC to justify handing out unaccountable amounts of money of this magnitude. Their own procedures and risk management systems would prevent it not to mention the Legal Department. IMO Rosneft are being used as an excuse for A.N Other / KRG corruption. Assuming any of this is actually factual. Which I doubt.

Perhaps the answer is 42. Makes as much sense as anything else in the business we are in it would seem. Is anything possible regardless of facts, contracts laws or constitutions?

Fire sale the best you gullible suckers can hope for?

Asset worth £1.25-£1.50ps?

But when Baghdad's new terms are made known the word is it could be much less!!

Remember gullible suckers the company will point to all the divis they've paid you in the hope it will calm your anger, lol. Like all your anger at the 2016 wipeout!!

New Scandal? Fresh Evidence Reveals More Staggering Corruption in the Scandal-Ridden KRG Oil Sector

According to a recent investigative report by the joint KRG-Iraqi government Financial Supervision Committee:

Rosneft paid a $250 million bribe to an unnamed individual who arranged with the KRG to sell 60% of the KRG oil pipeline to the Russian-owned company under very favorable terms.

The deal reportedly requires the KRG to repay $6.696 billion to Rosneft by 2038. This arrangement is fraught with questionable aspects:

1. The pipeline was supposedly sold to Rosneft and Kar Group, raising fundamental questions about why the KRG is repaying the cost of an asset it no longer owns.

2. Prior to this deal, the KRG was already paying a fee to these companies to export the oil, suggesting a potential double-charging situation.

3. The pipeline has been completely non-operational since last year, and its current status remains uncertain.

4. Despite the pipeline's inactivity and unclear future, the KRG appears to be obligated to continue these payments.

Details:
The KRG's Ministry of Natural Resources will reimburse the construction costs of the Kurdistan oil pipeline to two companies (one local, one foreign) in 240 installments, totaling $11.16 billion!

Until the end of 2027, the KRG will repay $55 million monthly in 120 installments to Rosneft and Kar Group.

From 2028 onwards, the KRG will repay $38 million in 120 monthly installments, with 60% going to Rosneft and 40% to Kar Group.

Additionally, the monthly operational cost of the pipeline is $5 million, which the Ministry of Natural Resources has incorporated into the cost of oil production and exports, adding $15 per barrel!

Consequently, by the end of 2038, the KRG will have paid back $11.16 billion to these two companies, despite actually having sold the pipeline to them!

The Iraqi Financial Supervision Authority has requested the contract between the KRG and the two companies since February 27, 2024, but the KRG has not yet provided it.

Oilerman

You have nothing to worry about. All perfectly sensible and may even be possible. You have been treated unfairly, in haste perhaps but we shall see.

Enjoy the week ahead which may bring pleasant surprises but I personally doubt it as the difficult legal, financial and political hurdles are currently too difficult. We must wait and be patient. The assets are there but difficult to value in this climate.
