Sarah, you have clearly convinced yourself that we all have certain "expectations" of the upcoming AGM.

If you strip out Paul's narrative, what have you convinced yourself that the "expectations" of the rest of us are.

Personally I would expect to see the following included:-

a) - The continuation of aggressive cost cutting measures including the continued release of any and all personnel, both workforce and staff who are not deemed necessary until work resumes.

b) - Reiteration that work will not resume until both the lockdown is lifted and the management are satisfied that there has been a "resolution of the outstanding payments from the Kurdistan Regional Government ("KRG") and an improvement in economic conditions."

c) - A reiteration of this statement:- "Resumption of distributions is dependent on an improvement in macro-economic conditions, resolution of outstanding payments from the KRG and a clear operational outlook."

d) - The wells that feed into PF-2 which have never been cleaned up or worked over in the 10 years since they were drilled will have still seen no maintenance since the lockdown began due to restrictions on movement of personnel so I would therefore expect to see a further decline in production from these wells. Once we get back to work they will be worked over, retubed as required, fitted with ESP's and restored to health.

And finally this:-

"GKP was on track to achieve 55,000 bopd in Q3 2020, prior to the previously announced suspension of expansion activity."

Beyond that I have an open mind.

But that's the point, the numbers were all BS, they were all ramped up in order for the vested interest ones to trough. The FP numbers of the past were all garbage. There's a net 166m barrels of very heavy oil the company can speak of, all the rest is open to question.

The company are in survival mode, you'll see.

Thanks THICK TONY , AGREED, key shareholders have never traded 1 share. Held for 3 years + now adding like crazyI find it intriguing that the top 2 shareholders, with around 27% held solid for over 3 years, no material change, started to buy in the millions a couple of months as go, immediately after the company 2nd buyback program completed.. Now at around 32%. There appears to be some choreography.I expect a corporate event, released at or soon after this Fridays AGM.

Correct THICK TONYWhy would anybody want to trade an obvious takeover?Might just be days away from announcement, certainly only weeks. The suddenly required LTIP resolution mods, notes 8/9 make that rather obvious.

A neighbour of mine is a Clinical Psychologist , I let him see a number of posts I have saved . He thinks at least one of them should not be walking around loose. While a number of them are showing signs of worrying mental illness.

THICK TONYThey (Bond Holders) obviously either know , or suspect something , judging by the fact they did not sell , even when the share price was ~£3.00. Which would have given them a ~3- 400% return had they done so.What is even more amazing is the fact that most PI's seem incapable of working that out for themselves.HIGHLANDER, I agree it's telling. Any sale by amalgamation will require a 50% majority only, and the top 4 all buying just about send the deal home, on a vote, and they all recently buying more.Its clear as day a deal on the way, just when announced and how much.
