FTSE up 3.5%. Dow will probably follow. Brent pushed through $40 and heading for $41. Trollsville hasn't been so deserted for years. :):)

Thanks THICK TONY , AGREED, key shareholders have never traded 1 share. Held for 3 years + now adding like crazyI find it intriguing that the top 2 shareholders, with around 27% held solid for over 3 years, no material change, started to buy in the millions a couple of months as go, immediately after the company 2nd buyback program completed.. Now at around 32%. There appears to be some choreography.I expect a corporate event, released at or soon after this Fridays AGM.

The KRI and Baghdad needs IMO to say to Turkey keep the F--k off our land or you will be getting zero gas and oil off us. Post HCL and a hook up with the USA then this is entirely possible . However Erdogan will die soon and who knows maybe then Turks will vote in a human being. If they don't they need isolating.

GKP said the CPR only addressed 10% of the footprint and thickness of Shaikan. Draw your own conclusions.

Two of their long time supporters did sell up. The Insti's expected progress and believed in the hyped plans that were being announced so remained invested. The plans failed. The 40k a day for instance which was converted into a longer term 55k which only you idiots swallowed as being positive. Then came the problems and they, like you PI's were locked in.

Four years on and its still not been achieved and won't be for years. The alternative gas flaring solution will be very expensive and is also years away. With production cut backs and oil demand likely to remain low for a long time means the company won't be generating the level of cash they envisaged. Its crystal clear they're in survival mode. But if they were to announce the reality could it make them appear rather vulnerable?

However my money has been on a merger for a long time. You Pi's just have to hope its not a repeat of what happened four years ago or at WZR.

12% porosity x 6.29 Bls /cubic metre x cubic metres x net pay
Break down into %age interest etc
To allow for oil in vugs, ie non accessible/locked in, take 2-3% off the 12% porosity --- See Great Swami post on the subject on Dalesmann.com
