19/11/2016 22:42 | Agreed nest, wouldn't it be funny if someone attending the AGM shoved a hard copy of the PESGB slides under the noses of the BOD. | ![]() lifeson

19/11/2016 22:22 | Yes NoR, it seems that the BOD / PW have deliberately / purposefully placed a false valuation on what was previously thought by GKP to be a massively valuable asset. Does seem rather odd doesn't it! | ![]() lifeson
19/11/2016 22:14 | Mk cap of £300 mill is 10p a bll ( 3 bill reserves to GKPs 58%) | nestoframpers
19/11/2016 22:01 | I totally agree with you all, GKP is a massive buy isn't it. I'm glad we are on the same wave length especially with regards to the Company seriously undervaluing itself at $300M eh! | ![]() lifeson
19/11/2016 18:28 | This is such a massive scandalous fat cat fraud that it may well get into the press. The Sunday Times perhaps. It's so flagrant that I keep thinking that even the II's are not going to go along with it. After all, it's coming out of their pockets as well as ours. | owdbuffer
19/11/2016 18:19 | I do hope that becomes 243 soon! | owdbuffer
19/11/2016 18:04 | owd, gotta wonder whether Capital are still the activists they used to be on corporate governance ? I mean proposing a massive bonus & reward scheme for execs who have presided over the loss of assets like SA, and then screwed SHs with their brilliant debt-for-equity deal, is a tad cheeky. But then Capital got their bonus shares upfront, so perhaps they're happy with that. If it had been their own money things would be different no doubt, but they're just playing with their investors' cash, so it's all a game to them. Same goes for M&G when they were playing. Meanwhile, *real* shareholders get the thick end of the cactus. | ![]() biggerthus
19/11/2016 18:04 | I suppose it's a bit old-fashioned these days for a Chairman to open his AGM remarks with "Fellow shareholders,...." | lardner23
19/11/2016 16:56 | Wonder how Ashti's Ex is getting on in jail? .................... Nest - Is she in jail? Are you sure? I got the impression that she was convicted in Kurdistan whilst resident in Germany. She has two passports apparently. If I'm right it will take a while to prise her out of Germany. She won't need legal aid to fight extradition that's for sure, not with her money. But I may be wrong, usually am. | owdbuffer
