Sami the so called CFO on mega money signed the the assets over to the note holders in 2015 KNOWING GKP had no chance of paying it back in 2017
Why didnt they default then ?
The PIs would have kept more of the pie as they had no legal rights to the asset

Looks like the skillful BOD are setting up the ponzi again lining there our pockets and i wonder who will be left holding the baby this time?

The other thing worth a mull is that Sami was involved in the convertibles deal but not the Notes; yet he'd barely got his feet under the GKP table before setting the course and lashing the wheel on a course that favoured Notes. I wonder if that matters to his old convertibles clients?

I'd love to hear his take on it (with the aid of some sodium pentothal).
