Had to take some more of the table for PANR which is going higher and higher as flow test results approach and big step out well results within a month... This seems in a downtrend.

Looks like a buy to me! Improving oil price - all oilers in my list are up - and probably continuing up into the OPEC meeting. No reason for this to be sold other than the usual scumbags trying to panic holders into selling. Surprised they've managed to get hold of a few to sell. Could cost them dear as we've previously bounced from here!
