Change of control
In the event of a change of control or a voluntary winding up of the Company (other than an internal reorganisation), outstanding options become exercisable provided that if the Company enters into a binding sale agreement prior to 13th July 2017 an option may only be exercised up to a maximum of 50 per cent of the Common Shares over which it was granted.
If, as a result of an internal reorganisation, control of the Company passes to a new holding company whose shareholders are substantially the same as the Company’s shareholders immediately before the change of control, outstanding options granted under the Staff Retention Plan (‘‘the original options’’;) will be exchanged for options over shares in the new holding company but otherwise on the same terms, as far as practicable, as the original options.

Yes BOD have outlined the consolidation, when can we see the full agenda, it is an AGM not an EGM.

Why have they not given the full agenda, somethings perhaps they do not want to say until they have to.??

Final response to you roverite. I have zero need to convince you or any others.

I have been saying for 18 months (not as you state years) that GKP was no more than a salvage job. The proof is there with the restructure and consolidation.

I have acted on that belief, its you that won't accept.
Said before, I held shares through the turn of the year because I believed Mol were going to farm in.

I held at £4ps for reasons already stated. Thankfully I'm not in the same boat.

Imo GKP and Kurdistan aren't worth investing in. I don't post every day. I am free to have an opinion. Over the years I have both made and lost money here.

Understanding Finance or counting barrels, who has been proved correct.

that GKP is finished and that the MNR/KRG is corrupt beyond redemption .

The number of times you've said that or something very similar is incredible .

What is equally incredible to any sane person is that you didn't act on that knowledge .

You now seem to claim that these revelations have become gradually known unto you . Why else would you hold right down from £4 to 4p ? .

If that's the case then you are in exactly the same boat as the rest of us - it was a gradual realisation that things were amiss. It culminated for you , in June 2016 , less than 6 months ago when you STILL held "a lot" of shares .

And yet here you still are , six months on . Still claiming that GKP/MNR/KRG are all useless , worthless . Shaikan worthless . A con . KRG uninvestable .

Still here , and you'll probably still be here as long as the company is trading . Wasting your time on a company that is hopeless and in which you are not invested . Every single day without fail .

What sane man would do all that unless , of course , they are liars or conmen ? Or maybe just bitter beyond belief that they lost a lot of money ?
