21/10/2016 22:48 | Is the contents of the Ryder Scott Fracture report market sensitive Lard ? I think that is likely to get GKP into hot water . | nestoframpers
21/10/2016 22:46 | Oliver, the approach to landing in Bermuda shows a very pretty island with gorgeous turquoise sea surrounding the landing strip. But you can't pitch up with an overnight bag and hope to catch the courts' attention without a great deal of preparation (cash). Again, what's the hard evidence? To attribute the recent actions of the BoD to more than bad judgement, lack of acumen/experience etc would require more than taking a dim view of their behaviour. Show me the evidence. | lardner23
21/10/2016 22:43 | Lardner: past this bs now You've admitted you have no intention in doing anything yourself Are you also auditioning for the AmDram? There's plenty to get your teeth in to You clearly don't want to and prefer blog drama It's over Time to accept it and move on because no one else is going to do it for you | ![]() cutthecagain
21/10/2016 22:37 | Rudaw English @RudawEnglish 10h10 hours ago Home security footage shows moment #ISIS militants entered Kirkuk city. | nestoframpers
21/10/2016 22:34 | Yes, cut, many are lazy and some are dim (or pretend to be), but some of us are also very realistic. Forget the Florida/NY stuff for the time being. That has yet to play out and can't be used at the present time, interesting and damning as it looks. It's time will hopefully come. I'd be quite happy to do something, but, as I said, there's nothing to get your teeth into. I've seen nothing yet about anyone the various sides accuse of wrong-doing that would stand up. Probably not for the blogs? So many cryptic comments, just smacks of 'I know something you don't'. That's the Westside Story script running. 'I'm not sharing'. Knowledge is power. If GKP dies, so does that power. Stalker63 says he has hard evidence. So tell him to send it to me. I think it's just games with bob, tbh. Silos and egos. | lardner23
21/10/2016 22:28 | Oh dear there's poco that doesn't believe there's damaging info. Just like he didn't believe anything else in 7 years. Nb, if DNO raise their offer it may just get a Major to break cover. However there are so many negatives to consider on top of all the development costs that will be required that may hold them back. Have you seen the fake reverend's "top ten" points to get them all lathered up over on one of the village idiot's bb's? | ![]() bigdog5
21/10/2016 22:16 | Lardner,m it does not cost everything people bang on about. Its a flight to Bermuda , a laywer to petition for the company to be put under admistration by the bermuda courts, anyshareholder who rights are dimished by the actions of a company can take action. The fact that shareholders dont fo is upto them. | oliver666
21/10/2016 22:04 | Pocopicu: both :) Lardner: I've consulted legal reps, the evidence presented on the blogs to shareholders (regardless the rest): described as blatant People are lazy IMO Expect everything to be done for them. It won't be. | ![]() cutthecagain
21/10/2016 21:59 | Cut, from my point of view evidence had to be hard evidence. All we, as outsiders, have is a half finished (and contested) US alimony case. No one can act on that at the present time. It's work in progress and will rumble on for a long time, imo. Apart from that, I've seen nothing concrete apart from various blog claims. Nothing. They say knowledge is power, but from what I see the power isn't being wielded. Silos. It's complicated when personal relationships are involved, so I kind of get it. That doesn't make it right in my book though. Oliver666, I'm sure you are well aware there's a mile of difference between going to an agm to ask questions, knowing you will be fobbed off with an anodyne response from the chair, and taking legal action. That requires deep pockets, huge financial resources...and watertight evidence. But, as we've seen with NZ lately, the media can have a significant role to play, which is within the budget of most silo owners if they choose to channel their alleged outrage/evidence in the right direction. But they won't because there are protected players in the game and personal relationships must be preserved. Plus ca change.... | lardner23
21/10/2016 21:55 | Wonder what happened to the dynamite that cut has been promising for months. A liar.....a coward....or both? | ![]() pocopicu
21/10/2016 21:51 | 2p NB, have you become a ramper? :-) | fake taxi
21/10/2016 21:33 | Which shareholders? Lardner I ean if you can get to a agm , then you can fly to a court. As to information , would that depend on which entities are in the information? Seem to recal half the UK Tory cabinet running for cover. Point of fact; for the last 6 months Turkish and Syrian Kurds have tried to get the UK Foriegn and commonwealth office to answer questions why they supported Genocide by Erdogan and backed him 100%. they also Backed erdogan VIOLATION OF IRAQ Soveriegn Territory. they blocked a UN RESOULTION BY ADABAI PM OF IRAQ ASKING THE UN TO HAVE TURKEY TROOPS REMOVED FROM Iraq Yesterday Iraq issued with a arrest warrant for Afeel Nujafi the Governor of Mousl and NINEWHA bieng issued with US Blessing. The waarrnt was for His actions in Ninewha and Turkeish Troops who he and Bazarni invited in , and to re inforce this, this is the Governor of Ninewah that agreed to XOM and TEC taking land in Ninewha, that is not Kurdistan , on condition he got his cut and it was not a little cut he took, but then again this is the same Governor who with Bazarni gave the former Iraq VP shelter when a warrant was issued for his arrest by Maliki and guees who gave him Shelter, yes Nufafia Bazarni and Erdogan. One as to remember the UK as backed all this above and everyone knows why, its not geopolitical its the reaping of Iraq oil by the colonial powers, or in the UK's case, filling the pockets of a few | oliver666
21/10/2016 21:22 | Lardner Enough evidence has been brought to shareholders as it is to bring a factual, credible case. However IMO the majority are happy to sit back and allow someone else to bring the info and then shareholders expect those that educate them are to act on it too. Why should they? | ![]() cutthecagain
21/10/2016 21:22 | After 6 years? Even at tuppence I would be very surprised! | ![]() nicebut
21/10/2016 21:06 | It wouldn't be a surprise to see a sale in the next week or so. | ![]() bigdog5
21/10/2016 20:58 | What was the court case re Excalibur about? If say they had won, whould they have had to contribute to all back costs and forward drilling costs. Was there a TEXAS Company Hawrmi knows well that were in that mix for 30% of GKP blocks? The odd thing is GKP V Excalibur should have been in the courts in Bermuda, amnd TKI V Excalibur should have been in NYC. The judge wo ruled on the cases did not have jurdidiction in either cases | oliver666

21/10/2016 19:21 | Sounds like 'The Importance of Being Earnest', BT. To lose one parent etc etc. Maybe beyond unfortunate or careless, IMO. | lardner23
21/10/2016 19:08 | Fair point Lard. One instance might be an oversight, but 2 needs to be looked at in detail. But I would expect the phantom AGM questions to be pre-approved &/or tightly controlled. Can't have any troublesome shareholders kicking up a fuss. This is a bondholder company for bondholder people ... ;) | ![]() biggerthus
21/10/2016 18:49 | So, a question for anyone going to the AGM to ask, if and when they announce it. Why did the BoD totally blank two seemingly interesting proposals of finance that were put to them, months before they went down their chosen balance sheet strengthening route? Both offers apparently came from big oil countries. | lardner23
