Oh dear, perhaps the delusional ones should look at the recent RNS's. They showed who hold material amounts of equity. So wouldn't the interested party have already been talking with them to ascertain what they would sell at? Could the BoD say no? Methinks not as they're no longer in control because the chief financial officer handed the company to said bond holders. Perhaps he will apply for a risk assessor's job when he gets his P45 :-)

And not forgetting, hypothetically of course, if it could be proved that any hangers-on had colluded with TK, they might also be considered a legitimate target for recompense. Especially if they have deep pockets :))

So, maybe, for anyone previously connected to the 'inner circle', the wisest move is not to be seen as a pretentious braggart.

If TK were proved to have made money illegally (as suggested by the US courts) from GKP/Gokana and some of that money has ended up in Ashley K's bank account, should GKP shareholders not be looking to claw it back and let him deal with his alimony issues outside of the company's business?

If Ashley paid for a car that was later proved to be stolen, the position is pretty clear. It would be taken from her and given back to the original owner; she would need to go through the domino game of claiming back from whoever she bought it from.

The complication is that the shareholders from that time (ie. the original owner), who could well have sold at a loss in the meantime, may have no interest in pursuing it.

Unpicking the knitting in the interests of justice could be less than straightforward.
