I see that the Sally Army Band is up bright and early.

Why would non-shareholders be concerned about shareholders asking the new NEDs why GKP videos featuring John Stafford have been disappearing from the website?

And why would non-shareholders rant and rage and threaten people with violence etc. and expose themselves to possible prison sentences because they don't want The Barrels discussed?

And indeed, why would non-shareholders be here at all, almost 24/7?

Unfortunately as any sane individual can recognize GKP has been about the unserviceable debt that has seen PI's wiped out of their investment.

Then of course to add to that problem there's now 23 billion shares. I suspect that there wont be that number for very long and it appears that the sensible action to take will be a consolidation of somewhere between 1/20 and 1/30.

Then there will be the need for more funds during the next 12 months. More dilution.

Will the BH's holding the majority of the new equity want a) consolidation, b) to put up more money.

Then there's:-

How long and how much will it take to get to 55k a day.
Will the MNR keep paying.
Will the mega pipe be constructed any time soon.
Then there's the submersible pumps and why they're required. Rhetorical point.
Still only one iffy export route. And will be for years.
Will outside funds ever arrive from the IMF/whoever.
Where are the funds coming from to develop shaicon to the fabled 110k and beyond.
Is the MNR happy with the BH's. Will they work with them or look for an excuse to take the licence.
Could the warning from the company result in it completely failing.

The asset is large but are the risks larger? Do ya feel lucky?

Now let me recall what John Stafford said in October 2011 about potential Shaikan production. 440,000 bopd from the Jurassic alone. The previous month, Ewen Ainsworth told "Interfax" 400,000 bopd to 500,000 bopd. So those statements were consistent. And there were other similar statements from the company.

So what is the current expectation from a Full (not miniature) Field Development? The company isn't saying.

So we have to guess.

And that number, and the associated Reserves and Resources based upon a reasonably full understanding of Shaikan (not the current "well it might have water halfway up the Jurassic fractures, but it's only a hypothesis" and "yes our cross-sectional schematics show the Jurassic matrix draining completely under gas-drive but you're right, our volumetric numbers don't show that" stuff) are the keys to value assessment. In my opinion.

Let's see if the two new NEDs get to grips with it. I think they are Earnest; Young? Well perhaps relatively.

Interesting times ahead, methinks.

I assume the closed period is over now and the data room closed. Lets see if the board are going to put their hans in their pockets with substantial purchases. As for NEDs its just a cushy number of a few hours a month, usually for a sky high fee, I wouldn't let that influence me.
