The PSC's will not be legitimised, there will be new contracts/terms and currently Baghdad/SOMO have mentioned $16pb including transport costs which is considerably more than available for producers down South!!! We can only wonder what those down South think of that:-)

Also there will be people looking carefully at all the producers figures (they have two months to do so) to see if they make any sense and opining on them. If there are no agreements after the two months guess who has the "casting decision":-)

Baghdad have asked to see "all" the information and details connected with the PSC's which has not been forthcoming. We can only wonder why that completely reasonable request has not happened:-)

Btw, oil in the ground belongs to the State. Which is why I keep telling you fantasists you can't sell anything that you don't own. No legal title innit:-)

I think £3 is realistic if HCL is passed and contacts terms agreed.
As for these fantasy numbers totted by our resident lunatics is just ridiculous. T/O if that ever happened which it won't would only be £4 at best
