ERBIL — Iraq's State Administration Coalition is set to convene on Monday to debate the federal budget bill articles relevant to the Kurdistan Region, according to Iraqi parliament's Deputy Speaker Shakhawan Abdullah.

The meeting is due to debate the provisions of articles 13 and 14, which address Kurdistan Region's financial entitlements.

The Iraqi parliament's committee on finance amended these articles last week in a way which Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) officials say violate the existing agreements Erbil had previously reached with the federal government of Iraq.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan has won a record-breaking third term as Turkish president. The politician had previously served as the state's prime minister between 2003 and 2014.

He will now serve in power for another five years, having defeated Kemal Kilicdaroglu in the polls. It was however a tense affair, with the incumbent leading by just one percentage point at times.

But, with 99% of boxes open, the result was declared in favour of the ruling politician, with 52% of the votes. Shortly after 8pm local time, Erdogan stepped out of his home and addressed supporters.

It's really not hard to work all this out...People who post and are generally positive, hold shares and hope they will rise.People who post constant negative sentiment are just trying to improve their short.... Why would anyone hopeful in a company listen to them?????P.S. People that post positive one week and negative the next are just SBB :-)

Rampers's agenda is to mislead the unsuspecting purely to claw back their huge losses.
Rampers posts are always one sided. Good news is amplified out of all proportion whilst excuses are invented for bad.
Rampers are narcissistic and anyone who disagrees with them is labelled an idiot. They are unable to be respectful of those who disagree with their views even though they have been proved wrong for many years.
If the share is doing well the ramping intensifies with several "new" posters joining the bb in support of the rampers.
If the share is in the doldrums the ramping intensifies in a desperate attempt to CON the unsuspecting into believing the share is way undervalued and there's never been a better time to buy. "New" posters join the bb with stories of deals being made or hostile takeovers.
The rampers agenda can be repeated over many years using old data and unsubstantiated numbers.
Rampers will use all means to try and discredit those that disagree with their opinions with the use of lies and invented BS.
Its easy to spot a desperate ramper as they can be found on penny shares that were once in the pounds.

Remember these rules and you won't be sucked in by their lies and deceit
