Yes Nufc, the asset is currently only worth £1.50-£1.75 (as per the CPR's, 58% Net and what has been proved) plus a premium. So possibly £2.25.

Is that another £500 you have to spend?

HRisk and audit committees are the independent people that advise the board whether terms of a m and a p deal are appropriate.Soden left that committee a year ago, imo because he was non Indy Ned......New Indy Ned on appt they specifically said she would join the risk and audit committee.That's Wanda Martin and Kim.I think they have a deal TBC AND their may be a competitive situation playing out.

Whats interesting is the amount of Corporate Activity last few months. Huge dividends. BOD changes. Then we have attempts by the ICG to get control of Kurdish Oil . Ever more frantic trolls.
