I note that Landsdowne have 15.05% of the company and that Stockport reckons them to be the "activist voters".

They're likely to be most unhappy with the company's progress.

Now bearing in mind the hosts can speak for 35% of the field (plus what they've purchased from their own accounts over the years) could they have had a word with Landsdowne to inquire as to what they would want to sell out?

That could be an extremely cheap way of getting complete control of the field and possibly some protection against Baghdad's rulings?

Just a mull.
