It's been in existence for 5 years+Prior to this these same shares were showing as being held in a Dutch bank. This recent reveal is lifting a curtain only.It also held shares in Caretech recently taken over.As did another Dutch asset manager listed at 5 or 6 in our register with about 4.6%.So they well be related in terms of controlling persons

Might be him, or more likely , his family. They had a large shareholding before the restructuring.

Googled it private company. Owned by Etamic and Wempens.
What shi.T we’ve been through.
Why so secretive. How big is it.
Joking about Etamic and Wempens but nothing now would surprise me.

"Stichting ValuePartners Family Office - 10.19%"

Whoever these people are they don't have a website, not that I can see anyway.

However, make of this what you will:-

Family Office.

A family office is a privately held company that handles investment management and wealth management for a wealthy family, generally one with over $100 million in investable assets, with the goal being to effectively grow and transfer wealth across generations. The company's financial capital is the family's own wealth.

A traditional single family office is a business run by and for a single family. Its sole function is to centralize the management of a significant family fortune. Typically, these organizations employ staff to manage investments, taxes, philanthropic activities, trusts, and legal matters. The family office invests the family's money, manages all of the family's assets, and disburses payments to family members as required.

In June 2008, Wharton Magazine reported that "About 1,000 Single Family Offices are in operation around the world catering to families with at least $100 million in assets. More than half the SFOs are managing family wealth of more than $1 billion."

Tankerted,

My EPS figures are based on the full year and it's only the interims so far, with the dividend I honestly have no idea but wouldn't be surprised to see $75 Mln announced of which would be around 29p

Thanks Tuvart, always good to read your analysis. If EPS is as you predict, what is your feeling on dividend amount? TT

GC,

Just going through my EPS figures I worked out in April.

"The fact is from a fundamental point of view is that GKP are easily going to achieve over $500 Mln revenue and I predict 2022 will see 145p EPS (2021 EPS = 58p)."

Bigdog - "I note that Landsdowne have 15.05% of the company and that Stockport reckons them to be the "activist voters".
They're likely to be most unhappy with the company's progress."

Now let's see then Sarah, 15.05% of the company is 32,545,254 shares.

If another $75 million of dividends is announced next week at the current rate of 1.1786 then another £9.6 million will be headed their way to add to the £24.4 million that they've already been paid so far this year making a total of £34 million.

Why would they be "most unhappy".

Why would anybody who is being paid huge dividends be "most unhappy", I'm certainly not and I doubt if anyone else here is either.

The only person here who has reason to be unhappy Sarah is YOU, and that's because you don't own any shares, and that's because you're "most stupid".
