AGREEDThere's been a standing buy order in place for months, imo, CG. However, it looks to be getting to the last gasp as news is being held until it has to be released so, as HSF says, mining super hard now. Only another day of this palaver to go. :-) All imo.

There's been a standing buy order in place for months, imo, CG. However, it looks to be getting to the last gasp as news is being held until it has to be released so, as HSF says, mining super hard now. Only another day of this palaver to go. :-) All imo.

Huge revenues now , a doubling of reserves since then , and the market cap is less than £ 1/2 a billion. The buyer(s) investment bankers have certainly done a job on suppressing the market share price pre trade sale.Bang Gone IMO. Hi

Or one of their own investment banks Citibank ??The company itself effectively buying it's own stock for years WITHOUT telling the market.....Great innitb) By deleting Byelaw 4 and replacing it with the following:"4. The Board may, at its discretion and WITHOUT the SANCTION of a RESOLUTION (i) authorise the purchase by the Company of its own shares for cancellation or acquire them as Treasury Shares in accordance with the Companies Acts on SUCH TERMS AS THE BOARD SHALL THINK FIT and (ii) exercise all the powers of the Company to purchase or acquire all or any part of its own shares in accordance with the Companies Acts."
