Agree 2wks min for SGM 31stDec last date possible ,17th last for notice announcementLSEMany have thought an HCL was a prerequisite for sale.The reverse is true. the MNR need a sale PRE any HCL. They lose all control once one is in place.They do hold rather a lot of stock too!Announced this week or by 17th latest

First there were the Kozel Sulphur Mountains that were going to be extremely valuable. But no they didn't happen.

Then there was the gas reinjection plan that you ramping clowns lead by highlander7 reckoned would be a fast cheap and easy way to pumping 110k a day. But no because S9 couldn't find the gas cap although hab SHAM said you could leave it to the experts.

That was replaced by an idea to export the gas and highlander7 told you that it would be a much cheaper alternative than reinjecting the gas and would also create massive revenue. There were those of us that disagreed with him and said it would be much dearer and take absolute years to come to fruition and that looks to be the case. We're really good at predictions and views.

However what about using the water at the latest wells? There's going to be a big push for hydrogen cars to be "mainstream", lol. It ticks all the boxes innit? Instead of Kozel type bonuses at Xmas and when new BoD members get recruited they could be awarded company hydrogen cars. I reckon there could also be a tax incentive involved there as well!!1

Just a mull at this stage though as its that time of the year:-)

KDP, PUK Meet to Discuss Bilateral Ties, Disputes with Baghdad

ERBIL — Delegations from the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) met on Sunday in Sulaymaniyah to discuss a range of issues, including their bilateral ties and the ongoing negotiations with Baghdad to address the prolonged disputes.

The KDP and PUK delegations emphasized on the importance of joint efforts to help securing the rights of the Kurdistan Region through peaceful dialogue with the federal government of Iraq, according to a joint statement released after the meeting.

They also agreed to hold a trilateral meeting, between the KDP, PUK, and Change Movement (Gorran), next Tuesday at the Kurdistan Region Presidency headquarter.

The meeting will be dedicated to unify the efforts to defend the Kurdistan Regional Government’s(KRG) efforts in Baghdad to resolve the disputes which have affected the public servant salaries in Kurdistan.

The 2021 budget bill of Iraq, which is expected to be submitted to the parliament in the coming days, was also discussed between the delegations.

In the long run it might not be a bad thing. It might give the share price a little bit of momentum back to £3 initially as the first stage of a gentle rise before the sudden jump.

Post HCL there will be about 6 months of regular payments before a MOC would be brave enough to take a move, maybe a 3 way JV would be different. Said it a 100 times now and I haven't been wrong once .
