Saudis Raise Crude Pricing to Asia as Vaccines Buoy Oil Market
By Sharon Cho and Anthony Di Paola

Arab Light crude pricing rises by 80 cents to 30-cent premium
Increase shows high demand in Asia, largest market for Saudis
Saudi Arabia raised oil pricing for customers in its main market of Asia after optimism over coronavirus vaccines caused crude prices to rise to an eight-month high last week.

The increase, the biggest in five months, indicates the world’s largest oil exporter is confident global energy demand is strong enough to absorb a small boost in output from OPEC+ members next month and that markets will remain tight even with parts of Europe and the U.S. in lockdown.

Now back to reality and today's upto date data.

Gkp are currently only producing from the Jurassic !

No wells are producing from the Triassic and they won't be going there for a long time to come......FACT !

The Permian is a very long away pie in the sky dream.

The gas plant needed to handle the gas is still only a model on the board room table and will require a massive amount of cash and time to build and will no doubt result in yet another cash call.

As everyday passes new data is gathered and not all that data is positive !

I told them they had got SH9 wrong but the experts said they knew better but the drill bit proved them wrong and me right months before they TD.

I also mentioned problems with SH12 again I was proven right and they had to move up the well because of what they didn't expect to find. This now has a knock on effect on SH13 and why it won't be drilling any deeper.

I am of the strong and confident belief that the OWC isn't as deep as they thought and this will (if they tell you) impact the reserves numbers.

Don't get me started on the historical operational problems they keep quiet about.

Anyway got to go because I've got some secondhand spark plugs to clean so I can sell them on EBay 😂😂😂

Ok Genius' why has it Then Permian Not been mentioned since like 2014.They could have drilled in an alternative spot to SH1. To explore. Rather than waste the cash in the pointless dividends. It points to fact Permian is a Myth TBH. At least as a developable oil resource.

"Sat here laughing at you"

And every time you wheel out that old chestnut Sarah the Oil & Gas community has a good old laugh at you.

They also had a good old laugh when DNO made their offer.

DNO thought they would chance their arm with a speculative offer while GKP was on it's knees, and there's nothing wrong with that.

They were shown the door for wasting everyone's time, as were you and your Uncle Tony.

DNO couldn't afford to pay what GKP was worth but there was no harm in trying.

Dear oh dear 😂

Such old and very much out of date information on all fronts.

A share that's currently trading at £0.97p is apparently worth £100 a share according to the mug punters on the blogs.

DNO had access to all the data including SH1 drilling data and they thought it was only worth £1 old money and refused to up the offer and walked away 😱

Sat here laughing at you 😂😂😂

" And Tonys nervously watching all his household CCTV cameras for any signs of the PIs they have offended over the years, while they have made money permanently trashing GKP..."

They have a battery of at least 12 cctv cameras at the last count and sad old Sarah sits in front of the monitor and her Computer monitors waiting for the Van(s) to pull up ......not my idea of living. But well deserved for that pair of idiots.

LOL

When that $$$$ could have been used to source parts to do a better drill?

All they do is HIRE a better Specced drill rig. Let them drill and well test then stick on a HP Xmas Tree for production. Which is exactly what they will do when they go back. But it means stopping production , which is why ( I assume ) they have not done it - yet.

There is oil in the Permian as Shiakan is an oil trap , why are people still not getting it ? The pressure is massive as the Zargos water table under pins the oil trap.

We are close...

So much so, that I raised my personal skin in the game a few days ago.

I virtually doubled down in my ISA

And I multiplied my SIPP by 4.35 times.

And I will be back for more with the UK Governments tax free element if GKP has not been sold before then.

Anything the institutions can do, so can we.

Follow the hot money that they have been trying to steal from PIs for the last 3 years ;-)

If the Permian was anything at all...

Why give away $50m to sh's last year?

When that $$$$ could have been used to source parts to do a better drill?

Is there any indication/proof that it was actually oil!?

The high pressure in the well came because they perforated the Permian in the Chia Zairi...

So great it threatened to destabilise & blow out the rig...But they managed to control it, just!

However, armed with information aplenty & potential riches firmly established, now knowing that the Permian could charge & re pressurise the field from below, they knew Shaikan 1 was a game changer.

So much so, that they held a name plating ceremony, with top dignitaries present.

Tell me another well in Kurdistan that has had that? ;-)

Iraqi Council of Ministers’ Meeting on 2021 Budget Bill Postponed
Basnews English 2020/12/05 - 22:21 World

ERBIL — The Council of Ministers of Iraq on Sunday postponed a meeting which was set to approve the 2021 budget bill before sending it to the parliament.

A source said the postponement was to allow the ministry of finance to redraft the bill and make some amendments.

According to media reports, the amendments will include budget bill’s estimation of oil price which was previously set on $41 per barrel, and it is expected to be fixed at $48 per barrel this time.

Other sources familiar with the matter said that the postponement of the voting session at the council of ministers was also the result of the delayed agreement between Erbil and Baghdad on the budget bill and the share of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG).

Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on the same day chaired a meeting with KRG’s high-level committee for negotiations with Baghdad to discuss the viability of a deal with the federal government.

A statement by the KRG said later that Erbil and Baghdad had progressed to a “mutual understanding” on KRG’s financial entitlement.

IF GKP announced a sale on Monday, Broadfraud would immediately post that it was fake news. He is that obvious.

Drilling was stopped because they had a sudden influx of pressure ( a kick) close to / or at , the design pressure rating of the Well Control Equipment. Had they lost control there would have been an uncontrolled release of well pressure at the surface.

No reason they cant go back with a higher spec'd drill rig and equipment. Its been a few years now since I have been involved , but they used to have 20k rated kit as opposed to the usual standard 15k. ( lbs. / square ins )

IMO
