#GKP have 210m shares in issue so each $1bn paid = £3.58 / share.470m 2p reserves ( forget about the huge value of180m 2C, massive gas volume, masses of condensate, + $500m recoverable costs etc ..)Just use a Very prudent $6/ boe = $2.82bn = £10.10/shareSee why so much effort gone into stiffing retail out pre T/O RNS !?

sarah, its well known and accepted that Kozel needed the PI's to enable him and his mates to trough. Its also well known and accepted that a certain departed poster offered his services to "look after the bb's" in such a way that would be beneficial to both Kozel and the PI.

None of what the reports came up with have been proved. None of the bragging from Kozel/JG about what is supposed to be there and can be extracted has been discovered or proved in 10/11 years.

Also there was a connection between one of the company's that came out with a report and someone rather high up in the food chain and could be described as having a "vested interest".

There is a huge amount of evidence to support ones view that this is a SHAM imho.

I'm feeling a bit more confident with recent developments the Brent price could bring in the New Year above $50 and establish a new floor at that level. Giving a little more urgency to Take-Over action.

The only negative (but it is a big one) is the political back ground in Iraq. Get that sorted :) and I will finally be saying goodbye !!!

highlander7 making predictions again, lofl, He's managed to get zero of his correct in ten years but that's not curbed his enthusiasm for cementing his reputation as a total clown and has come out with more classics. He states there will be no tax rises!! So cutting foreign aid and Civil service spending will pay off the debts caused by the Chinese using a virus to bring down the West? Well its cheaper than wars innit. I reckon h7 must have sat next to johnyboy in maths:-)

I do find myself agreeing with the frenchyhypocrite as regards the Yanky Election though. Postal ballot papers are one of the main problems and unless they are tightened up that will always cause problems of validity. As for his views on fantasists I would refer him to all the BS that came from the Penge street crew, the Stockport bore and all the reports and announcements from the Kozel era.

As for his continual rantings on "no evidence" its just a cop out for what ought to be obvious reasons. Additional to which where is the evidence of the Kozel and hosts numbers of barrels? None have been discovered or proved in over ten years. Where's the proof from the company other than their words of everything is performing to expectations which the evidence clearly proves otherwise. Their expectations are real low then, I wonder why.

Anyways, I feel sure evidence will emerge in the coming months, which of course will have the usual spin attached so as to lessen the impact to try and keep all the suckers, aka stakeholders onboard. All about the troughing innit:-)

There was a rumour of ~10% grab on pensions and savers over a certain threshold to pay off national debt. But its been dumped. They would never be elected again. Tax rises now are a no no.

So they are doing what they should have done in the first place. Cut Foreign Aid and Civil Service Spending. Starting with the £10's of Billions spent on Quangoes . Designed to protect Ministers when they screw up - again.
