Think he's sold 3.5m to the buyers.The way it works when the offer announced is that they cant offer any holder less than they offered insiders pre announcement.And Astaris like other INSIDER holders will have granted irrevocable undertakings , subject to no other higher bids emerging :)

#GKPShort term target should be £10+ minmThey have dispensed with protection from hostile take over interfering withfriendly sale that 8.54% Treasury stock gave them.So clearly the friendly deal is done and buyer has holding + irrevocable acceptance for >50% = SOLD TBA?

So you think we should focus not on what the wells will be producing at 55-60kbpd after they've been worked over and cleaned up, but on what they were producing during a period when they were in decline because they were getting more and more gunged up with crud because they hadn't been worked over and cleaned up for donkey's years.

They haven't issued a revised CPR yet Bigdog.

If required, an updated CPR is usually submitted as part of a revised FDP as approval of an FDP is conditional on the company being able to prove that the field can actually produce what they say it can produce.
