Shafaq News / The Prime Minister of Kurdistan Region, Masrour Barzani, is scheduled to meet today, Tuesday, with the negotiating delegation of the regional government to Baghdad.

Barzani will meet with the delegation to discuss the latest results of its dialogue with the federal government, which aimed to solve the disputes and outstanding issues between the two sides.

At completion of wipeout the plan was to maintain production at 40k a day before moving "near term" to 55k a day. 4 ESP's were to be fitted to existing wells plus one new well.

How many ESP's were fitted and how long did it take to get that one new well completed? I'll remind you that they failed in achieving the 40k a day and then "replaced" it by the 55k. Only fools such as yourself would be suckered into believing the 55k a day only started 2 years ago. They couldn't even get back to 40k. Now they're at mid 30's. There is no way they would have reached 55k by August and almost certainly not in 2020. The virus covered up yet another of their failures and bought them more time. Only imbeciles like you lot would think differently.

This type of alternative dark comedy may not appeal to everyone, although I have pitched the idea to the BBC writer's room.
