Well you Definitely can't pay a dividend on shares held in Treasury.According to that RNS they are doing .So it's wrong and needs correcting , or an Exit event has occurred.Simple really, either Div payment RNS gets corrected pronto , or shares held in Treasury have now actually vested (EXIT EVENT =change of control) , hence no longer held in Treasury and all common shares in issue get their share of second tranche. https://twitter.com/Paul47293202/status/1175358348637736960?s=19https://twitter.com/GoodnightCharl1/status/1175367530556403712?s=19

O and G matters not.Lots of corporate actions done in its absence.Indeed it's almost certainly very much in krg interest to get Shaikan sold off before any national obligations.They can't not correct that RNS as it is fundamentally misleading and incorrect , or it's exit event.

Yes, good spot C_T but I think they will leave it un-corrected for now. They have to provide for payment if the shares vest before 4/10, hence the dec. as it is. But I don't think there will be any corporate action until the O&G law exists so it's all still up to Baghdad/Erbil imo. If no O&G law by 3/10, then I would expect a correction.

I see that roverliar the king and queen of the BS merchants has turned up from his stacking shelves job. The job he had to accept due to getting wiped out at the restructure which he regularly stated that I was wrong about and wasn't going to occur, LOFL. Is he still making up his usual lies about my buys and sells? I don't bother reading his BS along with those from the welshy character as they're probably from the Chinese/sarahgibbs gang. It really annoys him that I took thousands off the table in the £2's and £3's while he waited for his £10 plus but got served with a wipeout and then got a consolidation that he also said I was wrong about. LOFL.

#GKPAgree. they use full issue "o/s" to arrive at that div/share figure,not ( full issue MINUS Treasury) So either schoolboy error hence correction needed Monday.OR all the treasury shares have now vested=change of control. TBC @Gulf_Keystone @ashurst @CelicourtComms

I wonder if the CEO and CFO will ever be honest and admit that they were totally incompetent and fouled up over what lead to the wipeout? They should have owned up and resigned but instead they've continued to trough.

If they're prepared to keep quiet about that issue is it not reasonable to believe they're keeping quiet about other "issues" affecting the asset? The evidence is all there. Isn't it yet more proof that its all in the telling or rather what doesn't get said?

There were 1,032,433,052 Common Shares in issue just prior to the Debt Equitisation of Oct-2016.

Following this, the number of shares increased to 22,942,956,717.

Following the 1:100 consolidation this of course then reduced to ca 229M.

How many shares in issue were there prior to the restructure ? Nearly 2 billion I think?
