28/10/2020 18:38 | Shame isn’t it zoo, and he didn’t have me today that will have riled him ,ha ha ha | alangriffbang
28/10/2020 18:07 | Alan,GGP news tomorrow morning. As for Rose, if I'm looking at shares I have a poke at him. Poor old sod sitting in a care home trying to cause arguments in order to fill his day. Quite sad really.Zoo | zooman
28/10/2020 17:25 | Hi there zoo so sorry you have had to suffer Rose today I can’t even be bothered to read a single word of input, I met my friend from Eastbourne this morning off the train and took her round Brighton, it was showery so like rose it was a blxxdy nuisance, we had a lovely lunch at the grand hotel which is not always the case, then more friends joined us and we had a super afternoon tea there ,so I’ve only just got home from nine thirty this morning ,I noticed an article in the mail on sunrise res ,it read well although it’s done nothing for the share price today, bit of a bloodbath today but good news on GGP tomorrow should see it bounce back, hope you didn’t do too badly today, I’ve now got 262 e mails and still rising to sift through at least I don’t want to eat anything, good luck | alangriffbang
28/10/2020 16:53 | Lead seems to act entirely differently to Zinc & Silver. It's not 'forecast' to have such a strong 2021 as other metals but, I do buy a lot of Lead Acid batteries every year from Exide in Germany for my company and I can report that lead times on batteries are only getting longer as demand is incredibly strong. The 5G rollout requires a big increase in the number of battery-backup base-stations across the world and each of those base-stations is crammed with lead-acid batteries. Solar is also growing strongly and many off-grid solar installations use big lead-acid battery arrays so, I personally do not expect weakened Pb demand any time soon. | mattjos
28/10/2020 14:15 | Little top up for me. Lower now than the day company detailed production & confirmed refining charges continue to fall. Will be interesting to hear what the China 5-Year plan is after they complete the current planning meetings | mattjos
28/10/2020 12:03 | Further evidence that the Chinese economy is doing OK is provided by the planned flotation of Jack Ma's Ant Group on the Shanghai and Hong Kong bourses. At a world record $34.4bn it sends a clear message that China is open for business whilst Western economies head South. | theapiarist
28/10/2020 11:41 | That's the BBC's interpretation of the law, not what is on the government website. The "watch or stream programmes live" interpretation is an extension of the "broadcast" aspect, which they are calling here "as they’re being shown". That interpretation would probably stand, but it does not apply to on demand services like Amazon Prime (except for their "live" video channels, maybe) or Netflix. Now TV also has on demand services, as does Youtube and the ITV online on demand video services. Only the "as they’re being shown" programs require a licence on online services other than BBC iPlayer. The BBC has a vested interest in confusing the issue to frighten people into thinking they need a licence when they don't. When you say "out of date" you are correct that the law is out of date and does not explicitly cover new methods of delivering video to customers. It has to be interpreted in terms of similarity to broadcast TV on the one hand and video recordings rented from a VHS tape rental shop (which still exist) on the other: | rose_by_another_name
28/10/2020 11:16 | From the web site you posted. Also it's out of date. Now just clear off. The law says you need to be covered by a TV Licence to:watch or record programmes as they're being shown on TV, on any channelwatch or stream programmes live on an online TV service (such as ITV Hub, All 4, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Now TV, Sky Go, etc.)download or watch any BBC programmes on iPlayer. | zooman
28/10/2020 10:31 | I've quoted it verbatim. Just what do you not agree with? | rose_by_another_name
28/10/2020 10:22 | I suggest you have a closer read Rose. | zooman
28/10/2020 10:08 | More than one government site, zoo. I do know better. Here is the site you did not find: | rose_by_another_name
28/10/2020 10:06 | It was taken from the gov web site. So now you know better. Good luck in front of the beak. Haha | zooman
28/10/2020 09:59 | "'The game is up!’ BBC licence fee ’no longer sustainable’ as viewers switch off live TV" They did get part of it backwards in the story though. | rose_by_another_name
28/10/2020 09:43 | The use of the word "live " in your post is misleading. The UK Government site says: "You must have a TV Licence if you: watch or record programmes on a TV, computer or other device as they’re broadcast download or watch BBC programmes on iPlayer – live, catch up or on demand" "As they are broadcast" is the key phrase. TV channels broadcast a lot of material which is not "live", such as movies or pre-recorded programs. | rose_by_another_name
28/10/2020 09:35 | That is exactly what I just posted. I am well aware of the law and I am taking part in the movement to get it changed and/or defund the BBC. | rose_by_another_name
28/10/2020 09:17 | Rose just to help you stop looking the fool read below. You need a licence to watch or record any live TV programme, on any channel. It doesn't matter if you receive it over the internet, from a cable or satellite provider or through an aerial. ... You also need a TV Licence to download or watch BBC programmes on iPlayer live, catch up or on demand. | zooman
28/10/2020 09:15 | Hahahahaha. Alan plays you like a fiddle Rose. You bite every time, run along now and change a tyre. | zooman
28/10/2020 09:05 | Of course I have a TV, and I never posted that I didn't. I don't have a TV licence. That's a different matter. I subscribe to Netflix and Amazon Prime, and I don't watch broadcast TV. In fact I don't have an antenna or satellite dish connected. So it is your "fib", alan. You never have bothered (and probably haven't any intention) to get your facts straight. You only need a licence to watch (or record) broadcast TV or BBC iplayer. Lots of other sources available. | rose_by_another_name
28/10/2020 08:46 | Haha he will claim it was on line and he doesn't own a TV. But if its live on line he will need a licence for doing that. He's just weird. I see SVE is up a little and the GGP price is moving around. EEE is also up.Zoo | zooman
28/10/2020 08:28 | zoo, just twigged whilst I was shaving rose posted rubbish to me and then said he was going back to watch the TV ,he told us he doesn’t own one, we will now await a fib to cover up a fib, ha ha ha | alangriffbang
28/10/2020 08:03 | Alan I do like this, maybe this is what Rose is on about. Haha.https://youtu.b | zooman
28/10/2020 07:58 | Good morning zoo,my Australian miner was up quite a bit overnight and proton seems excited on the GGP site so maybe a good day coming up,I feel good that rose says I’m only part time disturbed whereas your permanently disturbed, ha ha ha ,looks like he was rattled before he went to bed , I wonder if he sleeps with his computer, zinc is up a bit so maybe a small rise with GFM, not long now to opening time ,keep smiling , | alangriffbang

27/10/2020 23:15 | You can tell when alan is really disturbed. He starts forgetting to put spaces before his commas. Zoo is of course permanently disturbed. | rose_by_another_name
