23/10/2020 13:43 | Phillis if you are tired of us on here then why do you keep on posting here, why don’t you bxxger off ,to the other thread and leave us alone your so boring, no good trying to get sage there he is one of us and unlike you is well liked, | alangriffbang
23/10/2020 13:43 | Can someone please clarify for me. When they refer to say Gold in concentrate produced Ozs 4,906 Is that 4906 with impurities or the eqivalent of 4,906 Ozs of pure gold? | rahosi
23/10/2020 13:06 | Phillis. You pose the question "where from here" Assuming no licence short term and unchanged output:- capex minimal + operating costs steady + margins increased = greatly increased profit, possible dividend -> uplift in share price. Assuming licence:- Katie bar the door! | theapiarist
23/10/2020 12:52 | Ninkov sadly has a poor track record re communications but maybe he will have a change of mind re dividends | phillis
23/10/2020 12:27 | Sounds like Mattjos has taken against you, Phillis. Being blue lettered, you are safe from a total ban, but he can still blank you on a post-by-post basis. Anyway, he is right about this being the better thread. | rose_by_another_name
23/10/2020 12:23 | I don't think we are talking about the same thing. | rose_by_another_name
23/10/2020 12:06 | Rose I think you are seen as being somewhat odd in how you carry on. In my case the people that take an interest bought into GGP around the time to me bringing it to the table here and have made a great deal of money out of it. | zooman
23/10/2020 11:28 | Phillis, I am fine here. We do discuss GFM it is just that there has been little to say, hence other topics. When we are not arguing some of the broader trading discussion is useful. | sageman
23/10/2020 11:06 | We all have a choice, buy, sell, hold. I know what I'm doing. | celeritas
23/10/2020 11:02 | Rose There are a couple of non blue posters there | phillis
23/10/2020 10:42 | Lets get this right, the higher the spot price the higher the price gfm receives for it's concentrate. It's not rocket science. As Matt says, gold is becoming far more significant especially as its something most investors don't take into account. You see gfm and you see zinc, maybe now more will see gold. | celeritas
23/10/2020 10:37 | Lacking blue lettering, I am still not allowed to post on the Mattjos thread, but I do read it. | rose_by_another_name
23/10/2020 10:32 | Rose/Sage If you want proper content go to the other thread Q3 gold output annualised is not as good or worse than the years 17,18 and 19 If you want further burble about coffee mornings etc, then stay here | phillis
23/10/2020 10:31 | Although zinc production is down gold production is more than twice H1 in Q3. Revenue in Q3 almost exactly the same as H1. I'm going for $4.2m PBT in the quarter, EPS of 2.46. Based on current metal prices I believe that Q4 would be $1.5m higher giving a current p/e of 5.6x at 74p. I think a p/e of 8 is appropriate so a price of 106p is justified. | beany5
23/10/2020 10:29 | Here is an article, in the New York Post, about how the main stream media distorts the news and covers for Biden: "Media goes to bat for Joe Biden after final debate" | rose_by_another_name
23/10/2020 10:26 | I pointed that out, Sage. Have you got me on filter? | rose_by_another_name
23/10/2020 10:24 | Matt You cannot compare world zincspot prices with the price that GFM receives from the smelters for its concentrate Chalk and cheese Q is now: where from here? No more capacity available and grades unlikely to increase (maybe gold) | phillis
23/10/2020 10:12 | ".... the company has instituted the above production quarterly production schedule which will ensure the market is capable of estimating the financial results of the Company until the interim and annual results are published." To me that is pretty clear that we should now expect an update in January for the Q4 2020 performance, in April for the Q1 2021 performance & in July for the Q2 2021 performance. This looks to me like the new NOMAD (Panmure Gordon) is having a positive influence already. Quarterly reporting is the norm for listed miners so, let's hope the company now adopts this as the new 'normal' and aligns itself in that respect with its peer group. I believe such an action will also help with daily liquidity & trading volumes in the shares & with seven MM's on the order book, tighter spreads. Anyway, an unexpected but very welcome development in the reporting process and clearly very good news for the company & its investors. | mattjos
23/10/2020 10:09 | Surprised that not much has been said about the RNS. Don't know if anyone else spotted it but the gold has increased substantially last quarter! | sageman |
