That’s your problem apiarist,I’m not you ,my friends are real and yes they do have a really good laugh and they are still my very good friends, two of them I gave £200000 from the sale of my London home last week so yes they are real and they have been my friends for decades, I will live my life , and you live yours obviously we haven’t a thing in common ,I won’t be answering any more of your posts ,good luck to you and happy investing,

Alan. I'm not asking or expecting you to change your opinion of Rose or any other poster.
A little more decorum wouldn't go amiss.
For instance, I neither know nor care whether your friends are real or imaginary - however, one thing I do know for certain is that if I were to meet my chums with my ipad as you claim to do, I would rapidly become friendless.

I had intended to refrain from making any further comment on the behaviour or our current antagonists.
However, Alan's recent distasteful assertion that Rose is unintelligent cannot be allowed to stand without challenge.
Love him or loathe him Rose is certainly not lacking in the grey matter department and Alan crossed a line.
Furthermore, in the IQ stakes, Rose is half way down the finishing straight before Alan is even out of the blocks.
I know I shouldn't have said that but Alan raised the subject and what is sauce for the goose.....

go up or down. Why would that matter to
anyone?

I won't be disappearing based on the US
election results. I think we will be
better off here in Britain if Trump wins,
but it will not affect us as much as it
does the USA. If Biden gets in and puts
an end to the US oil industry as he has
promised, it ought to do your Tullow
shares some good, but of course you don't
care. You are perfectly happy to be 45%
down.

JPPP thank you for your post it’s rational amongst the rubbish our two stooges put on here, I bought Thor and Amur because I know that sage researches these shares fully, and I’m happy with that, boku and bango are on the move today these are very good defensive shares to hold and especially bango could be huge, hope your ok ,don’t take any notice of rose he’s a pretty sick person, hopefully if trump loses he will disappear completely which would be lovely for all of us ,keep smiling,

Just banter. You will find that if (when?)
zoo or alan take against you, that they will
crow about your presumed losses on any share
that you may have mentioned buying in here.
I no longer reveal my new positions because
it just incites their schardenfreud, but I
still enjoy poking alan, who is the kiss of
death to any company he buys into. Another
reason not to let him know where I am
investing.

Rose, I've never posted anything against you, and your thoughts on SVE are helpful. My concern on it, is that it is a tiny market cap, so i guess the spreads are large and it isn't very liquid. That said i am looking at punting on Amur and maybe Thor (haven't looked at that one yet).

But why would you track Alan's purchases? What is the point of that? I like that Alan has acted quicker than me. Respect to him while I dither!!

Let's not all now rant at Rose, but why track other's buys? Sorry if i do stir up a hornet's nest.

I made the observation that SVE has got
to catch up with GGP as GGP rises. That's
simple logic, not a whine. The discount to
NAV at SVE, which holds 1.4 GGP shares for
every SVE share in issue, is nearing 50%.
That discount will not go away completely,
but when the proceeds for the sale of
Havieron or the whole of GGP come through,
SVE are committed to distribute 60% to
shareholders. With SVE at a 50% discount
to NAV, that could pay out more than the
share price as a special dividend.

It's just the same as your sidekick Alan plays it like a piano.I se you are whining on SVE about the share price not going up. Like I've said in the past it won't make the same return ratio as GGP. Granted I hold some but doubt it's the investment you think it is.

Alan, they always come in pairs. The market is holding up given the Dow close, the Dow will be all over the place until the election. If Trump does get in again at least it's on forty-eight months, doh....! He's made the Americans a laughing stock, just goes to show how their voting system is flawed.Zoo
