Took 300k shares yesterday and will be in for more, expect this to recover, looks like a distressed seller, news is due on a number of fronts, more decent commentary on X than the boards.

Worth noting that all directors and major shareholder ALBA took £100,000 of shares at 1.8p in May, one thing for sure directors never throw money away in the small cap space.

This is a lifestyle company, if it had any worth it would have big companies around it.

Expect it to dilute to nothing.

When bashers are operating in micro cap stocks you just know entities have a large short position to close at some point.

The above poster almost certainly works in some form of boiler room operation from overseas, there has been significant speculation that criminal gangs are at work in the small cap space both in London and abroad.

The problem these entities have is greed, if they do not close positions they will be screwed, the market has been on a brutal downward spiral for 3 years but signs are it is about to turn up.

Buy the lows.

The viability must be why it gets no interest in a market where in the same time multiple assets of lesser grades have had massive investments to get them started.

The market dosent care about grade, even a low grade mine produces some high grade, the size of the asset is more important, a ten times bigger asset in S America or Africa of lower grade still produces more high grade than Groc can and at half the price.

All talk off offtakers and interest was just meaningless PR that never became reality.

When's the next raise due, must be soon if they had to pay £40k with share issues not cash.

Opex figures look very expensive. They will have trouble breaking even unless they get a high price and high purity for their spg.Compare this to BRES Blencowe who have much lower opex costs, giving better margins.

It's not looking like you can secure this loan, it's not really for preliminary studies and that king of rubbish if you read the banks investment strategy and focus.

If there were shorts they long since cashed in, remember this is over %80diwn from its ipo buy price.

As for majors who needs graphite from Greenland, south America and other places are supersaturating the market there's no need for this very small amount and other mines produce ten times the large flake this could ever!

I see the grubby electronic boiler room employee is still posting here probably from India or maybe Cambodia, the aim being to try to deter buyers so his masters can profit from CFD or Spread-bet short positions, alas all so common these days in the small cap space.

The shrewd are buyers recently, including the CEO, ALBA who are anything but cash rich + a number of other smaller boutique funds.

Just one RNS on a JV partner, offtake partner or even securing the $3.5m corporate loan from the US bank linked to the US Government would see the shares rocket.

Time to close your shorts you criminal buffoons.

So how come it's trading? If the MMs weren't allowing trades there wouldn't be any today and there were so why don't you explain why your didn't go through and everyone else's did?

How can this break out unless a major makes some intent and cash flow for a free carry? Technically this is diluting to nothing without any interest.

Interesting set up here, a break of 2.65p could take this to 4.5p on the chart.

Already they are asking a premium for any size against the advertised offer of 2.6p.

They sure are doing all they can to deter, buyers want in but the market makers are not allowing trades.

Can see this bouncing hard, the price shown is incorrect, premium being paid.
