I just think the stock price is recovering to reflect the very obvious progress made here, it is staggering how lowly this company is valued, if they secure the US grant of $3.5m it will equate to nearly the entire market value of the company.

Also remember the bank providing this grant is linked to the US Government and they approached GROC not the other way around.

This could as well be trading 4 or 5 times higher and still be consider excellent value.

No wonder they do not want buyers.

Oh and of course not forgetting the bashers operating, probably from India or the Philippines, who are active across all bulletin boards 24/7 to keep their masters profits handsome.

The scumbag market makers are still not allowing buyers in despite the wide spread, they are probably in cahoots with the alleged worldwide criminal activity that has been suggested re shorting these minnows.

Across this sector drops of 80%/90% have occurred on tiny volume, yet why so reluctant to offer real prices and sensible spreads when the bulls come knocking.

They need investigating.

It's not really going up, the MMs always spike the price on a few buys then kill it a few days after.

This is a common occurrence with Groc, how many times have a few buys got people thinking this is it and then it only falls again? 80% down on its ipo,.

But let's test that theory AGAIN, make a big buy let's see what your losses are in a week

Nothing on offer currently, one wonders if they have secured that $3.5m grant from the US bank, if so that is a massive positive for the company.

The m/cap here is a feeble £4m, it was double that last June.

This could easily accelerate to 5p/6p level IMO.

It's a sure thing that when management and the majority shareholder (ALBA) take stock (£100k's worth) you just know something positive is cooking.

This is worth a punt IMO, it was trading far higher quite recently and has dropped on very low volume.

Hard to buy in any size currently is also a clue.

One to watch this is, totally illiquid and can move fast, a large premium being asked for small amounts of stock right now.

Recent director buys also.

This time last year it was above 6p.

I can see Greenroc being acquired by a major company, probably from the US where then has been funding interest (expecting news soon on that)

Only on AIM would you get such an absurd valuation for a company (£3m) that is sitting on a world class and strategic Graphite project.

GROC was trading at 6p this time last year and has advanced their project significantly since, a £50m market valuation would not be out of place right now.

I really think a material re-rate is on here now given the news of US interest, the bank offering the Letter Of Intent (for $3.5m) is linked to the US Government.

GROC is valued at around £3m currently with a world class graphite project - let that sink in !

Surely the point everyone is missing is that Greenroc Mining could be acquired by a major or mid cap, after all their CEO has, more than once, suggested their graphite project is world class and graphite is a strategic commodity.

The company is also securing strategic alliances so is very much on the radar already.

Cannot be many companies valued so lowly, currently £3.2m, look what happened to Empire Metals, from £3m m/cap to £80m at one point.
