It is possible that graphite deposits in Greenland could provide an alternative source of graphite to China, which is currently the world's largest producer and exporter of graphite.

Greenland is known to have significant graphite resources, and if these resources were fully developed, they could potentially meet a substantial portion of the global demand for graphite. However, it is important to note that developing these resources would require significant investment in infrastructure, mining operations, and transportation to bring the graphite to market.

Moreover, the quality of graphite from Greenland may differ from that produced in China, which could impact its potential use in various applications. Therefore, while Greenland's graphite deposits could play an important role in diversifying the world's graphite supply, it is unlikely that they would completely replace China's resources.

In addition, it is worth noting that China has been investing heavily in graphite mining and processing technology in recent years, and it is possible that they will continue to dominate the global graphite market for the foreseeable future.

I asked Chat GPT some questions :

Yes, it is feasible to mine graphite in Greenland. Greenland is known to have significant deposits of graphite, with estimates indicating that the country has some of the world's largest known reserves.

In recent years, there has been growing interest in developing these graphite resources in Greenland. Several companies have already secured exploration licenses in the country, and some have already begun drilling and testing for graphite.

However, it is worth noting that mining in Greenland can be challenging due to the harsh climate, remote locations, and logistical challenges associated with transporting equipment and supplies to and from the mine sites. Additionally, there are environmental and social considerations that need to be carefully managed to ensure responsible mining practices.

Overall, while there are challenges to mining graphite in Greenland, it is certainly feasible and could potentially offer significant economic benefits to both Greenland and the global graphite industry.

I think I also stated if you did believe in the assets then wait as you would have opportunities to get in much lower - price then around 8p price now 3.6.

As you are fully aware that is simply not true.In Jan 22 they said they expected the TBS exploitation licence in 0-12 months and to have the graphite mining licence application in within 24. I said they were incompetent as best and being deceptive at worst which given where they are now seems entirely fair.

Well now I have been proved completely correct in terms of likely timescales and the fact that the management were either deceptive or completely incompetent when they gave timelines in early 2022 I assume that my ban on the other groc board will be rescinded.Excited about the MOU - Lol. What have they got to lose - preferred supplier status for up to 5 years before they even have to decide to move to a heads of terms.I also see the cash raised will go towards completing the work they raised 300k+ for just 3 months ago

At least they are consistent then ......mind you I suppose if a world class asset remains consistently a world class asset.....and therefore if excited the once there is no reason to not remain excited! lol.

To be fair, they always say they are "excited".

I can't remember the last time I was so excited and enthused after the news of a capital raise, dilution and a drop therefore in the value of my shares.......of course we are in the early stages of a MOU......but the bits of the RNS.....

I think we can envisage where this is going and for Nielsen even to be commentating at this stage is a mega plus:-

"The MoU also envisages discussions between the parties on other possible commercial outcomes, such as debt/equity financing, joint venture and procurement (of staff, equipment, and services) at Amitsoq or GreenRoc's other projects.

While the focus of the MoU will be on Amitsoq, discussions may be expanded in due course to encompass the plans for GreenRoc's other projects in Greenland, namely Thule Black Sands and Melville Bay Iron.

"LNS's CEO Frode Nielsen, commented:

"With the Amitsoq project, GreenRoc has identified one of the richer flake-graphite deposits in the world and we are therefore excited to be selected as a preferred contractor. With our experience from mining in Greenland and graphite mining in Northern Norway, we are well positioned to make the project into a sustainable and profitable operation." "

I wouldn't have thought the share price will languish here for long....apart from the obvious upward trajectory once the market properly understands the project's huge potential.....we got to remember that GreenRoc's CEO, Stefan Bernstein only a matter of 10 weeks ago paid 4.5p and spent £36k doing so.....and introducing a lot of new investors to the company again at 4.5p........the whole RNS shows what plans are afoot......providing we spend some money getting the scoping study up and running to help towards the "due diligence" along with the E &SIA.......Extremely exciting!

And for Nielsen to be "excited" too by merely being selected as a "preferred contractor" on a "world class project"
says it all for me!

Still the seller in the background. However.. Alba have 51% of the company at present. The ceo has bought some recently and greenland pension funds etc have bought in. This low volume will not always be the case. The fall looks to be the rest of the placing. It was not that large.!!

Joining EMRA is basically saying they have had no intrest and are desperate. A free agency that hands out a support letter to everyone who joins nothing more.

Most sold because they were promised partnership but joining share angel and EMRA shows how they will never get that. People are t stupid Groc now acting desperate and rightly so no one or market wants their tiny insignificant far away asset!?

Groc is going to fall more now, it sold badly at the IPO and most have sold out since seeing almost %60 down on initial price.

It was a silly ramped company anyway, never going to get any interest!?

I think it's the placing. It was spot on the funding price. This volume should sort it. It's a world class asset. And Groc do not blow their own trumpet. March!!

Look at the share graph and compare it with today's news. Personally I think it's down to the fund raise that will help tick the boxes for the partnerships. The funding shares are being sold into the market but today's Rns shows how good the asset is. With more to come.

They need cash, the prospects here are very very exciting but until the cash is raised, the share price will struggle.
