Greatland Gold - Havieron, Mining Lease application agreements
brr media - 8th June 2020

"Gervaise Heddle, CEO, talks us through the series of agreements that have been executed in relation to Havieron, which represent another important step forward for the project and will assist in the process for a Mining Lease application, which is expected to be lodged within the next couple of months."

Thanks Paddy. Just keep going and we'll eventually get to the 100% GGP owned tenements! :-)

Why's that interesting? You do realise that a number of those avatars don't exist in the real world? And of course real people do like to exaggerate their holdings. Pointless exercise, but it's the sort of stuff the happy clappers on LSE love.Meanwhile back on planet Havieron, steady progress continues.

I've posted this up on Twitter this morning. There's definitely a new drill pad appeared about 200m further west than the one at the bottom of the line of three.I guess those three have been hitting mineralisation - looking great for the patient ones.https://twitter.com/paddygall1/status/1269898641608716288?s=20ATB - Paddy

From am90 on other bb re night satellite:

I think the SAR image still clearly shows 8/9 rigs out and about and very much active. If you switch to the VH decimal gamma0 mode there are 4/5 rigs aligned in a NW-SE orientation through the middle. Then towards the NE there is a cluster which have been there for a while. The cluster in the centre is accommodation/buildings. This is very much in agreement with the optical imagery. I will post a Planet video comparison later/tomorrow, there looks to be drill prep to further step out NW and another hole in the SE and plenty of action in the centre and of course the mysterious black square of doom.

The SAR images will only detect buildings and the actual rigs, so you wont see any drill prep or ground clearing etc. Don't think you can read to much into the different colour of the lights. I think that the different colours reflect how much reflection there is from the two different bands (VH and VV). So it could be different types of drills, but also it could be something as simple as changing the orientation/angle of the rig in relation to the satellite.

1hopper......I don't read it that way the licence is only for the JV area......"Once the transfer of the legal interest in the registered title to E45/4701 is registered by the Western Australian Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety ("DMIRS"), the Joint Venture Participants will apply for a Mining Lease in respect of the JV area."

Great news, not only does the agreement cover Havieron but it also relates to Scallywag which GGP own 100% of.

I like this part.... "Mining Lease application, which is expected to be lodged within the next couple of months" is it only me that thinks that publicly saying this is a big deal? Maybe it was an obvious thing to happen but for me it confirm the next big push from prospect to mining the thing!

Here is an overlay of the last two Sentinel-1 images over the current Sentinel-2-image. Paddy, AM90, Strudel already gave good advices on image interpretation (on the other board). Thanks a lot for this.

Well with restrictions being lifted in Oz re Coronavirus, would hope for an update on drilling date etc for scallywag target. This rns could possibly fall this week or next at a guess. Assay results if good on the perimeters will certainly bolster and lift the share price imo ultimately increase the value of havieron and GGP

Just FYI, the Australian ASX is closed tomorrow, Monday 8th, for the Queen's Birthday, although it's not celebrated in WA until 29th September. It may, or may well not, have an effect on the GGP share price level, but it's still maybe worth taking into account. Tuesday, 9th June may be different, but, as always, only time will tell...

@telbap
"...unless GH pulls the Scallywag drill news out the hat. I cannot understand why he has not done this already ?!"

IMHO, probably one or more of several reasons.

Maybe the Government of Western Australia and/or the indigenous people's representatives, have not yet set a firm date for allowing new drilling yet.

However, also, as I've said before, GH is a canny PR operator. He'll drop any news in at the best time for GGP. DYOR & GLA

@jc.....they are peripheral. GH will concentrate on Patterson right now. Last AGM he mentioned that NCM were red hot for GGP to get drilling up there. Scallywag will be the next target in line.
