18/11/2024 20:40 | The decision to mine Havieron was actually made when Newcrest started digging the decline, now 80% complete, with a lot of money spent on it. They intended taking us out on the cheap so it was not in their interests to rubber stamp a decision to mine. Newmont intended selling Havieron so they were not going to make a decision to mine. Greatland will make a decision to mine Havieron in due course, after they modify Newcrests original mine plans (revised upwards), but first gold is 2027. Feasibility study should not be too long in coming out The focus now will be on Telfer and what surprises it has to offer. | knil
18/11/2024 20:19 | What do you mean - "the debt has not started yet" - as if that changes the situation. Why on earth do you suppose a stand-by facility is needed. And why do you suppose no decision to mine has been made yet (SD could do so without referring to anyone else). Its because the banks are waiting for the FS and SD can't tell whether he'll have have their loans to start building. YOu are a real HydroDim style numpty, unable to do the sums to see ahead. | lurker5

18/11/2024 19:19 | Toasty corndog what a thickhead you are. So you have accepted that we are debt free for now, that is progress. We were diluted in the fund raise (it is common sense) as before that fund raise we only owned 30% of Havieron and none of Telfer. After the fund raise we will own 100% of Telfer and 100% of Havieron and are now debt free with A$130 million in working capital. Speculate to accumulate I know there will be debt to finish the Havieron mine offset by production from Telfer, but the debt has not started yet. Newmont has been saving a big pile of ore for us worth over US$ 500 million (A$ 768 million) which will mean we will only need a bit of the A$750 million promised bank debt from 3 of Australias largest banks. interacting with you is comical, your stupidity knows no bounds. If you were at school it would be a primary class. | knil

18/11/2024 14:30 | What a dummy our nil is. He thinks will be debt free. Hahahahahahha. The only reason it’s currently debt free if they have paid off all their debts is that they diluted us by 70 percent ya stupid mugs and now they are raising more debt ya dummies which will complete by year end as they will need their working capital loan facility after they hand out all the equity raise. What is more worrying is the next raise for the Australian listing. That will be another dilution. My sources say if price doesn’t pick up it will be 2p under. Remember who knew before about 4p. § Debt financing support with Tier 1 banks ANZ, ING and HSBC: § Commitment letter for A$75 million working capital facility and A$25 million contingent instrument facility § Letter of support for A$750 million project finance facilities to complete the development of Havieron | havinthelasttoast

Thanks to a huge amount of work by our Greatland team and a highly collaborative approach by our Havieron joint venture partner Newmont throughout the year, we have been able to seize a compelling and strategic opportunity to consolidate 100% ownership of Havieron and Telfer. "The acquisition, announced on 10 September 2024 and targeted to complete by early December, will make Greatland a significant Australian gold and copper producer with one of the country's best development projects." "The acquisition of Telfer provides a de-risked near term mine plan with substantial ore stockpiles at surface, and attractive mine life extension opportunities. Telfer's production is expected to generate free cash flow, supporting the development of Havieron." "Ownership of the Telfer infrastructure substantially de-risks and reduces the cost of completing Havieron's development, and enhances the potential value of exploration success in our extensive Paterson exploration portfolio. We are well positioned to build a generational mining complex and create value for our shareholders." hxxps://polaris.brig | totally banjo
