You have to ask why, if Day is confident he can get his projects through as he trumpets he will, he has to grub around the likes of the unqualified - always led by the nose - Numpty Roast puff and wind merchants to persuade its listeners to keep the faith before he can come up with definite assurance he won't need any more cash. A normal company wouldn't bother but will get on with its asx float. The obvious answer is he's going to dilute more (if he can) when he floats and is desperate to keep the share price up beforehand.
