you mean making rampy positive comments like yours this morning at PANR are OK if the share price is on a rising trend, but wrong if the reverse is true?

I am not very sure whether any of these rampy positive comments changes anything? The company is a disgrace, shareholders have been raped, material & market sensitive disclosures never seem to prepare the market for the next round of bad news. Such a shame. People on this BB have enthused without pause despite the downhill(skier) nature of the share price chart - if you put any credance in any of the updates issued by the Board 18 months ago - you would have lost the shirt off your back.

Wrong date for AGM result before but it has revenue of £41k and a market cap of £39m of course a pure grapheme company as is GRPH now as well,The difference is GRPH has revenue of over £15m to £20m this year at a guess and will cover costs at this level.

Rob you were saying that the report of graph solve is a new product with up to $200 savings per ton treated that could be over a $100,000 saving per well drilled this would be a company maker itself,But as we have no one out there selling our story I will send stock pickers . com an email with some details on GRPH when I have some spare time,I can see our company with the same market cap of PURE in a few years .

I was looking at Plat Sperse that could be our next product on trial.

Hi jovi1 the £7m revenue is from the interim result of 30/09/15 which is from the continuing operation only, The revenue will be higher this half with the $28m order and others starting this quarter .

I will say the management team do not mess about but as they have previous experience with the building up of PURE into a billion pound business they are a well experienced team.

AGM has its full year result tomorrow at the half year it had £29k revenue not a great deal until you see its got a market cap of £42m ,compare that with GRPH revenue in the first half of £7m and a market cap of £16m both in the same sector and only GRPH with products in the market .

I have emailed the FCA again citing bots working in thinly traded AIM shares and used yesterdays trades as an example ,as they are investigating the spreads companies a bit more fuel for the fire.

I was looking through the trading update from January of this year which outlined progress on the various lubricant and graphene enhanced offerings from GRPH and there was no mention of Graphsolve at that time. Must be a new addition which can only be good news for future revenue if its being accepted by a large oil company already!

Good bit of news, but as per usual, the RNS provides no pricing, quantities required per ton of drilling cuttings and the margin on the product.

As I say good news but we need more information, to better understand the value to the balance sheet of this and all the other oil field solutions

If it does what it says on the tin, I would think all the oil companies would want it. Huge market.

Another string to the bow can only be a good thing and the company continues to advance its product line up.

As of 30th June, AXA held 657,056 shares or about 0.56% of the company. Not exactly loads and probably only represents about a weeks normal turnover. You are probably right that they have been selling so will have even fewer now.

Legal & General held a lot more but they have more or less gone now.

Axa Investment Managers are holding loads and trying to get out slowly, is what I think is happening. So, as a few dip their toes in and buy and the price goes up a tad, then Axa will sell a chunk more, and the price falls back (maybe 'cos too many are showing on the book to sell). Nothing is happening with this company to validate a share price rise, so it's nip and tuck as small punters choose to buy in and the one big punter unloads a few more. I've decided to wait until the next jump up - yes, I'm not unloading now on the fall down, ha ha - and will sell then. It'll happen; just don't know when.
