Draw you own conclusion, but after finding out Priestly is registered at companies house under multiple dates of birth I decided not to buy back here.

How can they check? Lots of people have the same name, the date of birth distinguishes them as different people. Ie there might be 100’s of David Smith’s registered, but they’ll have different dates of birth. Emma Priestly isn’t a common name, so it was easy to find she has registered as a director under different dates of birth. Illegally/deliberately to avoid searches? Or just a slip of the pen lol

Not many people forget which year they were born.

Trader465 .. Cloudbreak Discovery .. what a sham that looks 🤣 . Even the CEO has walked ! As you say a history of losses and placings and no return for shareholders . Guidance they have given here would make you think they could not possible be this brazen surely ? Misleading the market is a very serious offence . There has to be some gold somewhere and the mine is open ( I hope ! ) .. only a token investment here but I cling on hoping for a 4 bag to get it back .

Type “companies house” in the search box at the top of the thread to bring up the posts.

Gold Production
To date, some 220,000 tonnes of oxide ore @ 1.43g/t has been mined and stacked on the heap leach pads. This has yielded contained gold of some 10,956 ounces of gold. The Company has, to date, recovered and sold some 5,403 ounces of gold, with the remaining contained gold, estimated to be 5,553 ounces, still within the pads.

It might be appropriate for them to explain where $10m worth of contained gold has gone?

Perhaps the 2 principal loan note holders exercise their security rights in the event of default, re-arrange the business through a NEWCo, whilst wiping out retail holders and by some quirk of fate, the production issues are resolved.....

You either trust BT - whilst being unaware of almost any of the relevant facts - or you don't.

If, after suspension, these shares return to the market at anything close to the current price - I'll be waiting.

Not for everyone - it'll be a long journey!

But the Asian/Paracale/Trew combination seems (to me!) worth a punt.

Doubt it m8! Read Bill Trew's positive words (emailed) of today - on the LSE site.

The business of developing African mines is a tad more difficult than running Wetherspoons.

And yes, this investment is speculative - for those in for the long haul, with the patience required.

Asian Management and Paracale Gold (the main shareholders/50% total) are both very substantial organisations - and won't be walking away....😄

I haven’t lost too much £2k, but I’m still gutted and feel sorry for anyone that has lost.
