This came about as a result of a suit filed by Adamus Ghana and Nguvu Mining Limited to restrain Adamus Resources Pty Ltd, a company registered in Western Australia, the 90% shareholder of Adamus Ghana and Allan Morrison, the sole director of Adamus Australia from using the 22nd of November 2022 judgment obtained from the Supreme Court of Western Australia in Case No. WASC 454 against Angela List to challenge unlawful appoints she had made to the board of Adamus Ghana.

In November 2021, Adamus Australia caused its lawyers to conduct a search at the Registrar Generals’ Department, it found out that without calling any meeting of the shareholders, Angela List had appointed two additional Directors to the board of Adamus Ghana”

So many highly experienced keyboard warriors endeavouring to minutely unravel West African mining conundrums from their warm armchairs.

Without any contributions - thus far - from Trew, Priestley, BCM, Paracale, Apex and others involved. This hidden story (largely until now) remains to be heard....from them.

List and Nguvu Mining (major GRL shareholders - to procure the GRL management company) now APPEAR to be calling the shots. But the warriors know better!!

Dear whoever is now in charge …

The cloak and dagger continues in my opinion and as a shareholder I remain concerned that the market is / has been duped . None of the recent RNS is of any value unless the company is producing gold . What has happened to the significant amount of gold contained in the pads ? Has the company continued to operate and produce ? If so why are you not reporting production numbers and gold sales ? Why has Bill Trew been replaced as chairman ? Has he lied to us and consequently been demoted ? Has Emma been misleading us ?

Can we please have a meaningful operational update to see what chance we have of meeting some kind of rescheduled repayment of debt ? Why are there creditors if we have gold sales and we had a placing for the new equipment ( Emma indicated the company has been continuing operations during 2023 ) ?

Still far too many questions on the integrity of the running of this company and many shareholders are positing they think we have been used to finance it all for it to be “stolen” from underneath our noses . I reserve judgment on this for the moment but will be active in pursuing the directors if this turns out to be the endgame.

Why are you not releasing these figures - have you even considered that if they are viable then the existing shareholders may even consider a placing in order to get rid of the threat of AIMSL ? Without even the option it does appear that the company is paralysed.

Just a reminder Bill and Emma have put this out into the market ..

The AIM-traded firm said it had now received approval from the Ghana Minerals Commission to start irrigation and the leaching of ore placed on the heap leach pad at the Homase Mine.

It said it was on track to achieve target production of 25,000 ounces of gold for the first eight months of production, with first gold pour expected in the third quarter.

On the financial front, GoldStone said it had reached an agreement with bondholders for the settlement of its 20 outstanding unsecured bonds of $50,000 each.

The board said the offer was accepted by all bondholders, who had agreed to full and final settlement of the bonds in exchange for the issue of 12,000,000 new shares in GoldStone in total.

Verbal agreement had been received from BCM Investments, which would be allotted its 3,600,000 bond settlement shares immediately following the signing of a written bond settlement agreement.

Sharecast News) - GoldStone Resources updated the market on activities at the Homase mine and the former Akrokeri underground mine on Friday, confirming that following the start of gold production at Homase, 1,717 troy ounces had been produced and sold to-date.
The AIM-traded firm said it had realised an average price of $1,907 per ounce on that gold.

Gold loan repayments from first gold of $1.1m had been made, through the delivery of 610 troy ounces to Asia Investments Management Services (AIMS), resulting in the interest rate being taken out of default.

Construction was completed for the initial stage of the mine, which included the crushing, sizing, agglomeration and stacking unit, three heap leach pads, a carbon-in-column plant, and an elution and gold room, for a total investment of $15m including overheads.

Start-up agglomeration issues had been resolved, and gold recovery from the heap leach pads increased to over 65%, with the latest in-situ test work indicating that leach recovery of 82% would be achieved over a 12-month period.

An additional crushing, agglomeration and stacking circuit was currently being built to improve productivity and heap stacking flexibility, using existing cash resources.

GoldStone said it had a 2022 production target of around 20,000 ounces of gold.

Homase was continuing to progress its capital-efficient mine, the company reported, with a cash cost of around $840 per ounce pencilled in for the rest of 2022, and an all-in sustaining cost of $970 per ounce.

To date, some 220,000 tonnes of oxide ore @ 1.43g/t has been mined and stacked on the heap leach pads. This has yielded contained gold of some 10,956 ounces of gold. The Company has, to date, recovered and sold some 5,403 ounces of gold, with the remaining contained gold, estimated to be 5,553 ounces, still within the pads. The Company is assessing the economics of re-agglomerating this ore on the heap leach pads, as insufficient cement was added and this needs to be remediated.

That is over $11m of gold sitting in the pads and it was ages ago they put this out .

Presumably they are still producing with all that extra plant and equipment they purchased ??
