11/3/2023 07:34 | Do you have the right company ? hxxps://www.prnewswi [edit] omg you do ! It’s holding company is supposed to be supporting what is for all intents and purposes an insolvent subsidiary used , by the looks of it , to make loans / investments and made a huge loss in its latest accounts. Even worse the holding company : Accounts overdue Next accounts made up to 31 December 2021 due by 31 December 2022 07 Mar 2023 Compulsory strike-off action has been discontinued View PDF Compulsory strike-off action has been discontinued - link opens in a new window - 1 page (1 page) 01 Mar 2023 Compulsory strike-off action has been suspended View PDF Compulsory strike-off action has been suspended - link opens in a new window - 1 page (1 page) 28 Feb 2023 First Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off Sound like a complete bunch of incompetents .. does that ring a bell ? The last accounts filed 30/6/2020 showed this company also to be insolvent .. net current liabilities of $13mn with a going concern doubt noted by the auditors. Is this why the latest accounts are still not filed ? So it begs the question as to how they are managing to make loans to Mickey Mouse companies like GRL .. BUT .. it is really now “Hawkeye” GRL - simply need the cash and does it matter where it comes from ?? Absolute priority is to prove their resources and start doing their job and increasing production substantially .. 2,000 ounces a month target . No more lies and messing about .. time to get it right . | kennyp52
11/3/2023 00:09 | Some people seem to feel quite comfortable that Blue Gold International have pumped £2.4m in on the basis that they have done their due diligence. I did too. However on looking at them at Companies House, I am less comfortable. Companies House shows formation of the company in December 2019 under the name Future Minerals Limited. They changed names to Future Global Resources Limited on 9th Jan 2020, and changed names again to Blue Gold International on 21st June 2022. Their accounts posted in Feb 2022 show a near £5m loss. They have a bank loan for £4.5m. On 30th Jan 2023 a Charge Notice was filed at Companies House, whereby a company called Asian Investments Management Services Limited appeared to take a charge over their Goldstone loan notes. This AIMS company already has some involvement I think? I don’t understand why they would take a charge on the loan notes, but maybe that’s the way it works. When I look at the string of other companies the directors of Blue Gold hold directorships with, it appears they are dissolved, dormant, or loss making. Now brighter people than me may look at all the Companies House information and say it’s all perfectly normal, and far be it from me to suggest otherwise, but it certainly seems ‘complex’ | tomjenkins1
09/3/2023 20:33 | 🤣🤣 Oh dear another nut job to add to my stalker AAT . Lisat3 I have a holding in here and hope we get lucky and find some gold so I can get out . I no longer trust the management here . Do you ? Just over 5k ounces last year ! No recent RNS to indicate there is going to be any change to that in 2023 … do you know their guidance ? AAT .. you really need to get out more . | kennyp52
09/3/2023 13:51 | Maybe the next RNS will be super positive. Or maybe Goldstone will go under, or be going under, despite saying they are sitting on huge amounts of gold, but things ‘just haven’t worked out’ and Paracale, out of the goodness of their hearts, will buy the whole thing out for 1p a share. Shareholders don’t do so well. Paracale does very well, as the mines then start producing loads..all of a sudden. Let’s hope the former scenario, eh, and that next RNS trebles the price overnight. | johnnygold
09/3/2023 13:34 | Well it might come good, but there’s more than one person across the various chat boards smelling a rat. They certainly don’t behave the way a professional company normally does. | johnnygold
09/3/2023 09:30 | Bill Trew has been successful .. evidence of shareholder returns and value from his involvements in past ventures please ? Genuine request .. there is not really that much information on this guy available . Using dodgy Isle of Man tax haven . GRL to date an unequivocal disaster . I’m looking at the facts I can see . | kennyp52
09/3/2023 07:13 | Lisa So your back in then ? | best1467
08/3/2023 09:40 | Yes Paracale - apologies. hxxps://paracalegold Trew may be greedy - I don't know. But he's been successful, and is risking his own dosh. And that of his family and Paracale. So many others want us (investors) to take all the risk. In addition, Blue Gold - who recently lent GRL £2.4m - will also have done due diligence and vetted surveys, geo-scans, mining data etc. Trew is pivotal - a main man in Paracale and chairman of GRL. Didn't Paracale convert their GRL loan to equity a while ago - presumably under the dual auspices of Trew!? 🤔 | lisat3
08/3/2023 09:25 | You’re the one making assumptions @lisat3 Maybe it’s not occurred to you that some, or all of it, is based on knowledge. And it’s Paracale, not Pascale as you keep calling it. | johnnygold
08/3/2023 08:03 | A lot of conjecture and assumptions there! Aledgedly, supposedly, greediest etc. People remortgaging their houses on gold mine projections? Calm down... | lisat3
07/3/2023 20:08 | I think you’ve hit the nail on the head Kenny. And isn’t Paracale taking a huge interest payment on the loan? So Mr T is already recouping his investment, reducing his risk month by month. But there’s not probably much risk really anyway, as I reckon he knows exactly where the gold is, and how much of it there is. I think they are more than happy for the share price to tank so that they can buy it all back at a song and shaft the private investors. And this is despite the fact that there is enough for all. Gold miners are greedy, and from what I hear, Mr T is supposedly the greediest of them all. He doesn’t just want to make money from his investment, allegedly he wants all of yours too, even those who may have remortgaged their houses on the promise of GRL greatness…! 35 years experience blah blah. Only evidence is 35 years of making money for himself. I can’t see any evidence of historically making money for private investors. This company now stinks the place out. They steadfastly refuse to give out any news, despite repeated criticisms, and their hollow promises to do better. Not nice people in my view. If any PI’s see any return on this, after they’ve all bled it dry, it will be a miracle. As someone else said, the AGM is likely to be a lively affair this year! | johnnygold
06/3/2023 22:08 | Paracale is not a gold miner . It is a parasitical investor coming in at various stages of mine developments and trying to pick them up cheaply and sell them on at a profit . Let’s hope their intentions are genuine here and have not turned over private investors to get the mine up and running for them to take into liquidation and buy it back for pennies. Far fetched maybe but these are gold mining AIM companies . The “saving grace” is some of their own money is in play but the performance of this company against guidance and promises raises far too many questions. Where is the RNS promised and at least some guidance on current production ? Where is Bill himself .. no interviews lately and allowing this share price to flounder it seems ? MAED is supposed to be expert in constructing gold processing plants yet we could not elute the gold properly even from the dire performance on production . If that is what he has brought to the company it is highly questionable. So Bill .. if you are out there .. get your finger out ! | kennyp52
06/3/2023 12:33 | hxxps://gb.wallmine. For those who don't know BT - who has put his own money (and Pascale's) where his mouth is! 😮 | lisat3
03/3/2023 10:30 | New cars, plane, new Portugal villa. Makes you wonder how Mr Trew funds it all… | petem50 |
