Priestley was giving interviews on YouTube channels a few years ago, but nothing for a couple of years, why has she seemingly gone to ground?

There appears to be dishonesty, related party transactions, undeclared and interlinked directorships going on amongst Priestley, Trew and his crew at Paracale and Maed. And without making a direct accusation I wouldn’t at all be surprised if there was gold being flogged out the back door, who’s to know, investors have to rely on the honesty and integrity of these crooked directors.

Who forgets what year they were born ffs! IMO Priestley and Trew are deliberately attempting to avoid having certain directorships linked for a reason, what reason that is we don’t yet know.

Any comments from other holders or watchers?

Kenny I haven’t looked into her individual companies yet but something doesn’t seem right with all these hidden directorships. I suspect there’s a lot more companies registered offshore where it’s more difficult to find them.

I was looking at buying back in here, but after researching Trew and Priestley I’ll hold off and see what happens. Directors using different variations of nationality, country of residence and false dates of birth is a huge red flag. Trew doesn’t know if he lives in South Africa, England, Britain or Isle of Man, and Priestley doesn’t know what year she was born. I also note Trew is rather camera shy, I cannot find even one YouTube interview with him.

One now wonders how much gold is actually being produced at GRL? We only have the directors word on how much gold is or ins’t being produced and sold, and after my findings I wouldn’t believe a word Trew or Priestley say. If one was so minded it wouldn’t be difficult to sell gold in a corrupt religion of Africa and hide the proceeds in an offshore company, then just tell investors production has not yet met expectation.

Where is Trew and Priestley? Do they live in Africa, UK, England, Britain or Isle of Man? They certainly seem very evasive.

Trader465 .. take a look at “Santon” . Only filed micros accounts but sole director is Emma Priestley and it is actively trading . Balance sheet value at 31/5/2021 was £286,193 up from £167,865

Note in particular she nearly got the company struck off for late filing of accounts .. if that had happened all assets would have gone to the crown . Indicates she hasn’t a clue what she is doing to be honest.

How much time does she give Cloudbreak? Active .. loss making .. issuing shares like confetti ..

AKROKERRI is dormant .

Bill Trew .. he has skin in the game and many followers thinking he is some kind of guru. Is he the real deal though? Between the 2 of them so far they have completely ballsed up this project but , big but now , if they can actually get back to guidance of 20k+ then this could 10 bag . Total gamble now.

Emma Priestley was appointed to the Cloudbreak Discovery PLC board on 10 September 2019. On the Cloudbreak Discovery website there is no reference to Emma Priestley holding a directorship at GRL. Why?
They also reference her as a graduate of the Camborne School of Mines but fail to mention her appointed directorship of the Camborne School of Mines on 10 September 2018. Why?

“Ms. Priestley has worked around mining and financial services for over 15 years having worked internally at mining companies, external consultants IMC Mackay & Schnellmann, investment bank CSFB, advisers VSA Resources, Ambrian Partners. Most recently, Emma guided the LSE listed Lonrho PLC to a buyout action in her capacity as an executive director. Ms. Priestley Graduate of Camborne School of Mines, is a chartered Mining Engineer and Chartered Mineral Surveyor”

Paracale Gold lists only Trew and Alasdair Stuart as contacts on its website, both email address are @maed (Trews dissolved company) which Alasdair Stuart is also involved in.

How much cash did Paracle allegedly lend GRL shareholders?

What is the total value of cash/gold/shares that Goldstone shareholders have handed to Trew via Paracale and his other companies/vehicles?

Emma Priestley “consultant”

No mention of her Goldstone directorship or any other directorships on her LinkedIn page, but she’s endorsed by the colourful David Lenigas lol

I note that Darryl Norton, or Darry “John” Norton of Willy Trews dissolved Maed Limited also uses discreet variations at companies house and has links to Polyus and Oxus Gold.

Darryl NORTON Date of birth April 1961 - 2 Appointments

Darryl “John” NORTON Date of birth April 1961 - 3 Appointments using his middle name

It appears there is dishonesty, conflicts of interests and inbred directorships/relationships going on, I suspect many more are hidden behind a complex wall of companies in offshore jurisdictions that are difficult to research, which obviously raises plenty of red flags for GRL shareholders.

The significance to GRL is the integrity of ole Willy Trew, or is it Bill Trew? Or perhaps William Trew? Or even William James Trew? Is he South African or British? Or perhaps British/South African? It seems he doesn’t know.

I became suspicious when I saw that the GRL shares will be issued to Oxus Limited. Isn’t Trew’s company called Maed? Well, it was, but Maed was dissolved “twice”, once on 19 November 2019 and again on 14 June 2022.

A search on companies house reveals Trew is using different variations of his name, address, nationality, country of residence and occupation. Isn’t this practice illegal in itself? What is he trying to hide? It also reveals that he has connections to Russia, Kazakhstan and has held directorships at Polyus, Altyn and Kemin. These positions are not disclosed on the GRL website, the Maed website, or on his LinkedIn page where he uses the name “bill” trew Isle of Man.

His company “Maed Limited” has been incorporated at least twice under different registered address, different company codes, and different SIC codes.

William TREW 2 appointments under this variation - United Kingdom - United Kingdom

One of which is:
Maed Limited 10369834
Flat 1 15 Kensington Court, London, England, W8 5DN
SIC: 09900
Incorporated on 11 September 2016, Dissolved on 19 November 2019.
Director: TREW William
Nationality: United Kingdom
Country of residence: United Kingdom
Occupation: Director

William James TREW 3 appointments under this variation - British - England

One of which is:
Maed Limited 12576960
Altyn House, Fireball Hill, Ascot, England, SL5 9PJ
SIC 46630, 70229, 71121, 71122
Incorporated on 28 April 2020, Dissolved on 14 June 2022
Director: TREW William James
Nationality: British
Country of Residence: England

William James TREW 1 appointment under this variation - South African/British - Residency unlisted

The Maed website is still active despite the company being dissolved for the second time on 14 June 2022. I notice the Russian address has been removed.

Kenny anything can happen when companies are operating in these poorly regulated corrupt jurisdictions where brown envelopes overrule the law. I don’t know the full story behind Oxus, perhaps HG can tell us more, but it seems suspicious that Trew has appeared to have walked away with the company.

If the United Nations arbitration tribunal court dismissed their claims then Oxus must have been in the wrong?

I presume shareholders lost everything? What assets did the company have? What happened to the $10.2m awarded in damages? Did Trew shaft shareholders and ride off into the sunset with the company and the $10m?

[...]

Oxus Gold’s (LON:OXS) long running arbitration against the Uzbekistan authorities has ended in disappointment.

A United Nations arbitration tribunal has dismissed Oxus’s claims, worth a potential US$400mln, that the Uzbek government expropriated the company’s investments in the Amantaytau Goldfields Joint Venture (AGF) and the Khandiza deposit.

Richard Shead, Oxus chairman, said: "I am devastated by the decision of the arbitration award in relation to Oxus Gold and will continue to work with the company's lawyers to extract as much value as possible for shareholders of the company."

The UN ruling creates a material uncertainty over the group’s ability to continue as a going concern, Oxus said, and it added that trading in its shares will now be temporarily suspended.

The United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) tribunal dismissed entirely Oxus’s claims regarding the Khandiza deposit.

It also dismissed the company’s claims regarding AGF, except for a finding in favour of the company in relation to “fair and equitable treatment" under a UK-Uzbekistan bilateral investment treaty.

Oxus was, for that claim, awarded US$10.2mln in damages.

The tribunal also dismissed Uzbekistan’s counter claims in their entirety due to a lack of jurisdiction.

It also ordered each party to cover their own costs, as well as half the tribunal costs. Oxus’s part in the arbitration process was covered by an agreement with a third-party litigation funding group.

Oxus told investors that it is now in the process of analysing the tribunal outcomes with its legal advisors, and it added that it may need to hold discussions with its litigation funder and its creditors prior to making any further decisions.

Oxus also clarified that Mr Said Ashurov, formerly chief metallurgist at AGF, remains in a Uzbekistan prison on what the company considers to be an unjust and improper conviction. And it added that this matter was outside the scope of the UN arbitration process.

Trader. Oxus had their mine expropriated by the Government, who also jailed in in country Operations Director on trumped up charges (putinesqe). They took the matter to international tribunal (Unictral), but inexplicably lost the case based on what one might consider a sham ruling..

Can you please tell me why you are spreading malicious rubbish on this board
regarding payments. It is well known and documented that ALL Directors are taking shares in lieu of payment. I also see by your posts that you are trashing practically every Company on the LSE. If you do this for a living, you don't do it particularly
well. I'd find another job if I were you

Oxus mining rears its ugly head again. It was a PLC a few years back, I don’t know the full details of what went wrong there, but one look at the chart shows shareholders got shafted and now Trew owns the company.
