"We will also be reviewing the potential for high grade ore shoots similar to those at Obuasi and determining the best way to approach these deeper targets ....'

looks as if GRL are going to drill deeper at Homase..

Stratex would not have taken on GRL if they could not make money. I think they will take the share price to 7p, exercise the warrants, then take the company.

from Proactive Investor...

Stratex International* (LON:STI) – Goldstone board restructured as investment completes

• Stratex has completed its £1.25m investment into Goldstone Resources giving Stratex 34% of the company.

• Stratex has warrants to take its stake to 50.1% if exercised.

• Christopher Hall and Bob Foster are appointed to GoldStone board while Emma Priestley is appointed as an independent non-executive director.

• The new board is to review Goldstone’s assets with a view to probably reworking the 600,000oz low-grade gold Homase/Akrokerri project in Ghana.

• The resource contains 100,000oz of gold bearing oxide ore for simple processing.

• The project lies close to the famous Obuasi gold mine and offers potential for gold ore processing on a more selective basis.

Conclusion: Stratex have spent some time looking at Goldstone’s Homase/Akrokerri project and other assets. We reckon the team may be able to rework the project to create new value while examining the potential of other assets within Senegal, Gabon and Ghana.

*SP Angel acts as broker to Stratex.

Personal comment.....GRL looks in better shape now..

10 to 1 share consolidation410mill to 41mill shares in issueFollowed by a 50% equity dilution post consolidation for a further 20.8mill sharesTaking total new shares upto 62.6millionBasically you have had your shares reduced tenfold for a tenfold increase in price, but then theyve sneaked in a 50% equity dilution to raise £1.25mill.

Sounds like you need to contact your broker. Probably not up to speed with the consolidation and has temporarily removed it from your account until sorted.
