Jibba......should be a bit of news on the way shortly....to verify the Consolidation, the STI confirmation and the issue of new shares...(this is not the best sector to be in at the moment....but what goes round comes round)...it's not a dead duck.

Every one still hanging in there...

ref Jibba, take a look at Aureaus Mining...With many millions pumped into that company, recent Directors buying shares at 21p and first gold being poured in Q1 2015...yet in the last twelve months the share price has gone from £1 to 17p (and still dropping)...at least this is stable and (hopefully)on the bottom. You're better of here than with Aureaus.

Well you can't say they haven't been busy....

I wonder if There's a time factor involved with the subscription shares?

At 0.66p...they've got to go some to be 'in the money' from the current bid of 0.35p......close to 100% from here...and would need to be +200% to be of any value.....good luck to them all.

ps. I should imagine they had to ask and were gtanted permission from STI and UNITY for this issue that was on the cards before STI came onto the scene.

GOLDSTONE RESOURCES LIMITED

("GoldStone" or the "Company")

Issue of Equity and Director/PDMR Shareholding

GoldStone (AIM: GRL), the AIM quoted company focused on gold exploration in West and Central Africa, announces the issue and allotment of 10,634,223 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to the Executive Directors and operational management in lieu of remuneration in respect of the period from December 2013 to May 2014 (the "Remuneration Shares").

During February 2013, in an endeavour to conserve funds, the Executive Directors and the operational management agreed to defer 50% of their salaries from 1 March 2013 and to convert such deferred salaries into Ordinary Shares at a price to be determined by the Remuneration Committee at an appropriate time. On 4 December 2013 the Company announced the issue of 14,758,310 Ordinary Shares, comprising 9,918,310 Ordinary Shares issued in lieu of salaries in respect of the period from March 2013 to November 2013 and 4,840,000 Ordinary Shares as bonus shares. Provided that the subscription agreement concluded with Stratex International plc which was announced on 21 July 2014 (the "Subscription Agreement") is successfully completed, no further shares in lieu of salaries will be issued.

The board of GoldStone resolved that 10,634,223 Remuneration Shares be issued and allotted to directors and management in lieu of remuneration deferred during the period from December 2013 to May 2014, equating to a subscription price of 0.66p per share, being the volume weighted average price for the period from March to May 2014.

The interests of the Executive Directors, prior to and following the issue of the Remuneration Shares, in the share capital of the Company are set out below:

Director No. of shares No. of Remuneration Resulting Percentage

* share capital
Dr. Hendrik

Jurie Wessels 7,411,804 3,195,035 10,606,839 2.56%

* 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares in which Dr. Schloemann is interested and 2,100,000 Ordinary Shares in which Mr. Wessels is interested are owned by discretionary trusts. Whether the relevant director will benefit from the shares held by these trusts is entirely at the discretion of their trustees as there are no vested rights.

Admission to AIM

Application will be made for the Remuneration Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 2 October 2014.

Following the issue of the Remuneration Shares, there are 414,530,304 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue.

Don't you read these posts stig?.......try post 2800.

I’m still holding my GRL shares, for better or for worse. The market conditions were/are something out of the BOD control, are they guilty of naivety and a lack of experience - probably... hopefully with the guidance of the STI management they can continue to build the business into something more meaningful.

They’ve had some bad luck too having had a couple of kicks at goal with Rangold et al. I also think that at a time where interest was high we were probably held back by the investment of Unity.

Very passive on aim these days and don’t poke my head in here very often.

Yes it's been a rough ride...but life goes round in cycles...all the signs are pointing to a severe market correction shortly, probably before Christmas .(DOW now down third day in a row as I write). which bodes well for gold, I'm riding the coming storm out here...but unless your in now, you may miss the bottom in the upturn. I'm staying put.

The macro picture is beyond the bod's control. The whole sector's down....at the moment.....but it will turn.

No,still waiting for resource increase and development in Ghana.

We will hopefully see a big improvement in the share price once STI are involved.

JW dropped the ball big time here in my view. My interest will be refreshed once STI are at the helm!

Not long to wait hopefully................

Consolidation to 6p a share is a good uplift from here also!
