brave but very risky to do that as the Dow could drop much further in nextfew days before it recovers . maybe not warfare but markets hate uncertainty and Kim is a nutcase !

Glencore dividend policy declared at agm - I billion from trading split twice yearly a relative small amount but this stock is not a true income play

the extra cash flow with allow future deal making

there was a mention of potential 2.5 billion return to shareholders today next year

I personally am happy with deal making - I have other positions for income

this north korea situation impacted share price more than anything today

dow heading lower as I type after London close

That Times article quoted earlier was a bit funny.

"Results this week will show the full benefit of the bounce in commodity prices for Glencore, with a resumption in dividend payments after a two-year hiatus."

Dividends were resumed a few months ago, next month's dividend was declared in February, and there was nothing about dividends in the results. So presumably the rest of the article was equally uninformed.
