02/4/2020 15:57 | Some big positive trades going through .. another 1m :) | makendon
02/4/2020 13:23 | Gfinity's Own Community franchise is growing rapidly with RealSport101.com and Gfinityesports.com reaching close to 20 million gamers in March 2020 and more than 50 million gamers when their respective social channels are added. This share would be trading at £1 in the US. | czar
02/4/2020 13:17 | Robert Gay, CEO, Venatus Media said: “Venatus is thrilled to be partnering with Gfinity Esports, working across their RealSport 101, Gfinity Esports and Stealth Optional sites. Gfinity is the go-to brand for all things esports, and it’s a privilege to welcome them to the Venatus portfolio. “We work with the biggest names in gaming and entertainment, making Gfinity the perfect fit for our advertisers. We look forward to introducing our clients to this valuable esports audience. “Gaming helps us escape from reality, and in times like these, we need it more than ever. 02/4/2020 12:41 | The cost base will be £2.4m per annum by June 2021. The company's own community franchise websites (RealSport101.com and Gfinityesports.com) are growing strongly and in today's announcement the following statement was made: 'Revenues from the Own Community franchise are expected to reach £2m by the end of 2021.' This revenue will be adverting, promotions and site takeovers and will be at very high margins (I think the staff cost in managing these websites will be part of the £2.4m existing cost base). Therefore this revenue alone will cover a lot of the £2.4m cost base, before income from all other parts of the business (F1, motorsports and building communities for other companies). | mcfly79
02/4/2020 11:42 | momentum is smoking someones socks.Successful issue gives them a pathway to breakeven, all mgt took a 30+% pay sacrifice and breakeven is much easier.Online community is racingahead thanks to home confinement.Might take a few days to digest the issue but this is a cheap play on ESports, all sports rights holders using ESports to generate an audience in the quarantine period.Real potential in this one now the bozoz from soccer have been kicked out and their usurious salries have been cancelled.A real scandal they were paid so much and achieved nothing in the period.Garry talked a big story and delivered zip | january
02/4/2020 11:23 | Anyone who hasn’t bought in yet, will regret once the USA wakes up. The buys are at 15.2m against sells at 3.9m? The MMs are holding back an upwards move for some reason - greed! | makendon
02/4/2020 10:42 | Thank you Dave. Always a fan. It would seem that private Investors are now seeing the "free" money. Momentum and buying is building great ahead of what looks to be a solid weekend finale. Now that the placing is out of the way, I expect to see a solid up trend and strong news flow. This time next week will be a different story here for all that caught this. Cheers and hope you and your family are keeping well. | genierub
02/4/2020 10:09 | Another at 2.6m....! | makendon
02/4/2020 10:08 | Someone just bought 1m shares - going to break even by lunchtime | makendon
02/4/2020 10:00 | lol Of course the placing was eaten up...mugs were paying 2/2.5 times this price days ago on a topinfo pump and dump vendors know free money when they see it In 6 months time they will raise more money and do this forever...it's like VAL or kefi | dave4545
02/4/2020 09:58 | The placing is being eaten up. Don't forget the placing was oversubscribed and the share price hit 2.5p last week. I cannot recall the last time when a placing was announced in strong/bullish stock where the share price fell and gave investors the opportunity to buy at the exact placing price or lower. GFIN train about to start again and quite rightly so given that its a Corona immune stock that has benefited from lockdowns globally. #VROOM #VROOM #F1 #Winner #Winner #Chicken #Dinner | genierub
02/4/2020 09:23 | The placing was for £2m and was oversubscribed. Amazingly they immediately trade below the placing price, seen this so many times on AIM stocks but great to be able to pick some up at these levels. Option money imho. | czar
02/4/2020 09:14 | Yeah, at 1p per share this is a bargain buy for directors. I believe they wouldn’t have been allowed to buy or sell before the announcement | makendon
02/4/2020 09:12 | Value here but expecting BIDs to 7 bag from lows and then will split portfolio. For now, the jet engines are on BIDS. Sorry for the cross-ramp but we are one company now. | genierub
02/4/2020 09:06 | Existing shareholders who took part in the placing, including Charles Street, will back it. Can’t see that any shareholders wouldn’t. | mcfly79
02/4/2020 08:58 | Which shareholders won't back it? | mcfly79
02/4/2020 08:54 | Dreaded placing strikes again. Some paid 4.5p in the summer OUCH! Double whammy this time with additional warrants l! OUCHInvestors were not happy at 1p and wanted a 0.7p raise, hence they have not been able to raise the full amount and I believe on good authority that shareholders will not approve the remaining amount at the EGM. This leaves a big hole in the finances and with a very stream lined business with focus just in F1 it really is last chance saloon. The odds are really stacked against the company. I wish everyone well here but there are far more sensible investments out there that one could take a punt on. Oh and Clarke only took 500k, it really does take the pi55. He is also looking to renegotiate his bonus, beggars belief. He's used to the Henikien payouts before being booted off...ciao | momentum1
02/4/2020 08:31 | Bought in, now have a reasonable stake in them. DMOR, looks like they could rocket :) | makendon
02/4/2020 07:58 | I acquired a few in the placing, but was scaled back to 60%. The warrants are handy to have, but they will act as a bit of a brake on the share price if business starts looking up. | timbo003
02/4/2020 07:55 | Probably be bought out by someone like BIDSTACK/MIRI | aidenabettin
02/4/2020 07:53 | I assume some of the placing cash will be used for one-off redundancy costs etc as part of the cost saving exercise. A 60% cost reduction should happen in the short term but it looks like further reductions will be found. From the results: 'By June 2021 the monthly cost base is forecast to equate to £2.4m per annum.' This means only £2.4m of annual gross profit will be required to hit break even. The company achieved £2m of gross profit in the 6 months just reported. Could the company finally be turning the corner on profitability? | mcfly79 |
