27/1/2021 08:17 | The takeover / merger with H2 Green will create a multi service support company to the booming hydrogen fuel generation and supply infrastructure starting with an agreement with the huge SGN to redevelop 30 existing plots into hydrogen generation and refuelling stations all over the UK. | someuwin
27/1/2021 08:15 | Indeed someuwin, it was only 2 years ago that the shares were 40p. | hastings
27/1/2021 08:03 | Yup - still amazingly cheap imo. | someuwin
27/1/2021 00:02 | Mcap less than 10 million | letmepass
27/1/2021 00:01 | Mcap less than million. Wow. A longway to catch up with its peers. Happy to keep adding sub 30 if it doesn't gap up tomorrow | letmepass
26/1/2021 19:31 | Same here, just back to evens having averaged down at 13 Nearly bought more this morning but couldn’t get them at the time. Some don’t seem to get it that the swings aren’t value related, but sentiment. GTC were awfully oversold, now they’ll likely swing the other way Trying to place a value on an investment is nigh on impossible | big7ime
26/1/2021 18:51 | Big7time Am now a bit, bought quite a lot 11-12p so averaged out around here. | yump
26/1/2021 18:24 | Textbook. 37 tomorrow then.. | techtrader5
26/1/2021 18:04 | For me, it’s good to see they are opening up their market. Many will follow I’m sure. The shares are super value if getting in today, there’s not much downside risk at this price, their property is worth a few mil£ too. Yump you r surely are not yet in profit!? | big7ime
26/1/2021 17:26 | Interesting. SSE have a big thing going about sustainable and net zero (don't they all), but I think they've been one of the first to have adjusted their business. I'd never heard of hydrogen possibly used for heating. Getech seem to have aligned themselves very well with this development. Not just messing with some wannabe hydrogen startup company. | yump
26/1/2021 17:14 | SSE are part owners of SGN group | shstt1
26/1/2021 16:16 | 21% not in public hands, what’s that mean? There’s 64% in that list alone which I suppose you could say aren’t in public hands. | shstt1
26/1/2021 16:13 | This is not the time to sell and is why most Private investors fail to make real money, selling once they’re back to breakeven or to make up for a loss elsewhere Let it ride as this has only just been announced and the story will develop over the months/ years to come. We don’t even know much detail, is it a firm of reverse takeover even I have invested with a view to 5 bag here which would just be the price returning to where it has been. Getting rich from shares is a slow process.plenty of time to get in on things too Could be transformational, not sure yet but good to see gtc diversifying into other markets. All my conditions ticked for an initial holding. | shstt1
26/1/2021 15:06 | There's quite a few longer term stale holders. While the share price has been calmer I've sold some and bought back in an ISA, as they were just in a trading account and if they go crazy at some point in the future I would have regretted it ! | yump
26/1/2021 14:08 | Well this is the level I was hoping to get back to, based on a recovery of the existing business to say 1p+ earnings, which they did a couple of years ago, providing the outlook was also positive. Last year, excluding the big writedown, they did 0.9mln EBITDA which would be about 2.4p per share earnings, although there were some exceptionals that were not in the one-off writedown. So a modest recovery to a pre-tax profit of say 300-400K was something I'd have been happy with in the next year or so. | yump
26/1/2021 13:34 | Market cap remains very modest with the freehold property and a decent net cash position. Increasing recurring revenue, historic markets likely to recover, plus new exciting opportunities as evidenced this morning. | hastings
26/1/2021 13:30 | 37.5 million shares in issue. Over 4 million traded already today. | someuwin
26/1/2021 13:26 | 55p short term. BUY. | smart solution
26/1/2021 13:22 | I was thinking of selling half having been here a long time, but this isn’t a ‘lucky escape’ announcement like a bid rumour, so kept everything. | yump
26/1/2021 13:21 | I will hang on to my holding. | playful
26/1/2021 13:05 | Further to my post 1948, above, I sold half at 26p FWIW. The target of 20p was reached and breached somewhat quicker than I imagined. Will let the rest run. | value hound
26/1/2021 12:57 | ...ITM valued at only £10m a few years ago - now worth £3.8bn. There's a whole new global Hydrogen infrastructure being built - and now GTC is playing a big part in it. | someuwin
26/1/2021 12:53 | Hydrogen play ITM shows the direction GTC is likely to follow now... | someuwin |
