Fill yur boots. BTW what's the point in taking someone to court when they don't have the ability to pay. Best to work with them and induce them to pay when they can. Carrot and stick job IMHO (mixed with a few greasy palms & brown envelopes)!

Losses-I hope you don't mind me commenting-But I think it's you who dosen't completely get the picture. You are right to a point, but your missing the big picture-With oil below $50 KRG cannot balance it's books and cannot pay all it's bills. With poo over $50 it can balance its books and pay everyone. At $55 it can start paying arrears and making investments.

Time has come to intitiate court proceeding against KRG for non compliant with Oil contracts. Problem is where IOC can take KRG to court? Irag never recognised these contracts and therefore international courts may not as well. The best bet is in London I guess. This may force KRG to agree a time lines for paying its debts with interest.

brent crude has risen over 20% in last few weeks and in thar time genel has gone down.

The problem here is outstanding debt , the Kurd's promised 12 months ago to increase payments , this has not happened , hence the market not trusting what the company say's. Keep buying , it's a solid business .

If Mr Hayward and his investors want to take over Genl, best way is to short the company now as it appears at the moment, until share holders happy to take say £1.5 per share from them. KRG needs to give its blessing to any take over and they will if The new owners write off the KRG debts. So that is my view of what is happening and may happen.

how can an oil producer that's pretty much debt free, or has minimal debt be lower now that when Oil was $28...something is wrong here.
