Who knows, but why would NCYTers not switch to here IMO on a value vs risk play vs the success of NCYT and have posted there as such....DYOR etc, but the graphs/possible revenues streams being developed are similar and NCYT is now over £200m market cap, 10X GDR ffs....DYOR etc.....!

The value of this company potentially v its market cap make this very attractive and hence, why, I believe its continued strength in a hot sector.

Interesting to see the posts, and ex chairman etc.....8 weeks was the timing wasn't it back in March they said? So end of April ish/early May for test to be out? Approaching fast so maybe just maybe people buying in ahead of the newsflow anticipated?

NCYT went to £200m market cap and beyond IMO on similar newsflow progress, has anyone any broker forecasts or estimates in their own mind as to what sort of revenues these tests etc could generate for GDR please?

Cheers and DYOR as ever

Kcowe. Lol. Volatile stock?

35 million shares.

Kits approved and used by the NHS and the United States of America department of defence.

Fast tracking COVID-19 test cartridges to use with Genedrives mobile devices.

Volatile?

Please elaborate for all of us???

Looking forward....

Shsh! Be quiet. We do not want the herd over here just yet. I thought I was maxed out but had another cheeky top up yesterday morning when the market opened. I sold out of NCYT and bought in here with my profits. I was tempted to sell some of my GGP and transfer here as well but decided to use some of my savings instead. Great decision. GGP up. This share up. A couple of points on this share. Firstly and most importantly is that this company is the major player when it comes to mobile testing and is being used my the NHS and the DOD and will inmo be at the forefront of testing and combating this new strain of coronavirus. Cov-id 19!!
Secondly. It is extremely difficult to buy any amount of shares over £5k without putting in an order. Every share sold is bought up and held in sticky hands. Please keep selling. Got my mop and bucket ready!

Sorry David. I was wrong. I've come to distrust most people on these bulletin boards. I will try not to jump to conclusions again.

Well if you are then I apologise. Don't expect to meet such a reputable character on a bulletin board. Usually a bunch of idiots trying to screw each other over. Had a quick look and you live not far from me.

Well done to the team at GeneDrive - I am the former Chairman ( several years back) and my successor Ian Gilham and the CEO David Budd have done a great job of keeping the show on the road - in Gino Miele they have a brilliant R&D guy who is capable of delivering on a Covid19 test. GeneDrive has the absolute capability of delivering a decentralised MolecularDx test at the point of use and to get a result back within an hour if not shorter - it uses a simple nasal swab and one can be easily trained to carry out the test. If the UK Government had any sense they would view this as a strategic asset and ensure every care home, A&E dept and doctor's surgery had one and to go further that every workplace had one in the same way as you have a first aid box or a defibrilator and people were trained accordingly - if not for this pandemic then for the one just around the corner. GeneDrive is fundamentally undervalued and deserves to be re-rated. For avoidance of doubt I remain a long-term holder.
