Main issue is board and management. It's run for their purposes not ours. 600,000 shares awarded for last year's performance in collapse of shareholder value. At the same time no divi. No reason for withdrawing divi unless there is stuff they are hiding in which case they're in breach of law and listing.
I have long suspected the plan is to drive the share price lower and lower then try and MBO to take it private.

I'm just in awe of your never ending optimism. I wish I could look at losses on this scale with similar rose tints.
If the larger shareholders could cabal together to oust the chair at the AGM that would be grand. However share price says its all sellers and no buyers. At least we didn't waste squillions buying our own shares.
