It does seem to yes. The small trades are getting swallowed up by a buy order sitting behind them by the looks of it and at this level I am not surprised.Be nice to get something from the g2e show but don't have any expectations on that - plenty going on as it is

Sugarhouse/Rush Street just issued release saying September volumes have doubled and continue to rise.Official numbers for the state will be out next week but it looks very good to me.More interestingly they reference the facf that because sportsbook and casino are deeply integrated with players being able to use the same account and wallet, casino betting is also growing.Ring any bells..!

Yes and gan have also laid the groundwork for this pre-Irwin so it is not as if this is coming out of nowhere. It's now at the sharp end

Once a cease and desist notification is received by a patent infringer, if they seek to challenge and subsequently lose then they are liable to pay the patent holder a portion of their profits - and of course to pay for a licence. Should concentrate a few minds at Caesar's et all.

I think that typically the platform provider receives around 30% ngr and then the supporting partner (this is gan as IGT are the platform - correct me if I'm wrong) would get c. 25% of that, ie 10% of ngr

Given that the patent has upheld a challenge just a few months ago and is currently licensed to some of the largest operators in the US, I think it will see some fairly swift movement on this one.

knowing the people that run casino's they don't like to part with the cash so it'll take years to sort out only people that gain are the lawyers

Three weeks is, from what I can gather, the time a defendant has to reply to the plaintiff in the event of a legal action. So the entirety of a court case could obviously take months or more.However, only 5% of patent cases go to trial

From PlayNJWhile very good for GAN, it will be difficult for a company that links its online and offline player accounts to prove there is no breach of intellectual property. Any company with a combined online and offline rewards program and without a formal licensing agreement with GAN may be subject to paying the pied piper.There is some speculation as to which NJ online casino operators might be in violation of GAN's patent. Caesars online casino, Hard Rock online, and SugarHouse online casino are the first to come to mind.

Certainly contact would have been made by Irwin with an indicated timeline for responses.As the companies who are suspected of having contravened the patent have "substantially and progressively been placed on notice" up until this point, Irwin represent the sharp end of the communications. Either casinos have infringed and thus settlements/licensing agreements will be negotiated forthwith via Irwin, or they challenge the programme and it goes to court.Hard to get a sense of time scale, but it would seem in everybody's interest to conclude things quickly unless there is doubt over the legality of the GAN patent, which there would appear not to be.Would be fascinating to see a list of those targeted by GAN. Get the licensing in place and they have effectively secured new clients..

It has been three weeks since the appointment of Irwin to make claims re the iBridge Framework patent. I think the companies contacted have three weeks to respond. Based on that, news of development would be due within next couple of weeks.

I think we've all got the gist of the scale of the opportunity, it's just how quickly they can execute.It all looks good though and I have no doubt this will be taken out in due course.As the rest of it is simply moving on a clear timetable, what I'd like to see shortly is an update on the patent as if they make progress on that it will add enormous value, far and above new client wins. IMO
