21/9/2022 08:43 | Gaming Realms CFO Mark Segal believes the Ontarian iGaming market still has plenty of potential for growth, despite a slower-than-expected start. Ontario’s regulated iGaming and sports betting markets launched in April of this year, with revenue figures showing steady performance but leaving some analysts disappointed. Segal was speaking exclusively to Gambling Insider followi When asked by Gambling Insider how the company has found the Ontario market so far, Segal's verdict was in line with overall analyst consensus right now. Segal said: “Ontario’ “The regulator always said it would take 3-6 months before getting on top of this. And, after three months, there was the odd phone call to suppliers telling them to stop supplying grey-market suppliers – which we at Gaming Realms don’t. “It means they’ve started phoning some of the operators and saying, if you apply for the licence, you’d better stop in the grey market. “So the regulated market has now started to grow, not where we’d like it to be, but I still believe we can see the same potential as in a state like Michigan.” For the full interview with Segal, check out this week’s issue of GI Friday, the weekly round-up gaming executives can’t afford to miss. | epicsurf

20/9/2022 10:55 | Very happy, both the H122 results and the very important future outlook. Excluding black swans, GMR is VERY healthy and also a fast mover. US penetration is good news - it's a rare growth area in current markets. IMO the game is to bulk-up on solid growth & a 50p/share bid should come. SP is another issue : current P/E @ £1.3M x 2 p.a. is still in the high twenties, fuelled by impressive growth thru' the product and growing US market. However, P/E of c. 27 is normal for the tech/IT/gaming sector, but expensive compared to the general market at this time. IMO the seller this a.m. could be short of cash elsewhere. I see 300K sold. Someone snapped them up? share price relatively stable... | napoleon 14th
20/9/2022 09:35 | 53% increase in two month post period is also very encouraging, as was the 136% uplift in new partnerships signed against the same period in 21. I am sure GMR is already attracting some takeover interest, although I hope they hang on for now. | harv01
20/9/2022 08:01 | Like the business model-profitable, little debt, content with high margin and expanding market in US so hope they keep their heads together and keep to the present strategy without trying to take risks. The US will prove a real winner and divis a possibility in a year or two at this rate. Probably taken over before then. | cumnor
20/9/2022 07:51 | Results very encouraging, obviously share price is undervalued let's hope we see positive movement on market opening . | langham77

07/9/2022 15:20 | Gaming Realms and the American Cancer Society (ACS) have jointly revealed a new collaboration to ‘end cancer as we know it.’ To mark the collaboration, Gaming Realms has created a new online game called Slingo Gems, which is based on its Slingo gaming format and combines elements of slots and bingo, into one single and multiplayer game. Craig Falciglia, Director of Business Development North America at Gaming Realms, said of the agreement: “We have a shared passion in the fight against cancer and we are thrilled that our new game Slingo Gems can support this mission. Our Slingo game format is one of the world’s most well-known real money and social gaming formats, and thus we hope our many loyal players globally will enjoy playing Slingo Gems and in the process raise funds to help end cancer as we know it.” The statistics for people getting cancer in the US show that 1.9 million people will be diagnosed with the disease in 2022. In light of this, Gaming Realms and its partners, including FanDuel, BetMGM, DraftKings and BetRivers has pledged to support the ACS with patient support, discovery and advocacy. Anthony Marino, Executive Vice President for the American Cancer Society, commented on the partnership, saying: “This is our first time partnering with an online real-money based wager gaming company, and we look forward to a successful and ongoing partnership. Donations raised from the partnership will help attack all cancers in countless ways." From October 2022, Gaming Realms will pay a fee to the ACS for the Slingo Gems title, while the launch of the game will be celebrated with Gaming Realms giving the ACS a licensing fee equal to 100% of the proceeds from its latest game for the month of October. | epicsurf

01/9/2022 13:18 | zsofia Gaming Realms is pleased to provide a full roundup of all its latest games launches and new operator partnerships during July and August 2022. Games We released multiple new games during the months of July and August. Slingo Stampede was released in July, exclusively with Rank Interactive’s Mecca Bingo brand. Slingo Stampede has dynamic gameplay with an African savannah theme and features an innovative 5×3 reel (as opposed to the usual 5×1) allowing for even more number matches on the grid. In partnership with King Show Games, Stinkin’ Rich Slingo was exclusively released globally in early August with Bally Interactive, followed by the general release on August 23rd. The game features a 5,5,3,5,5 grid which mirrors the reels seen in the original video slot. This format means players only need four number matches on the top and bottom rows and only three on the middle vertical to get a Slingo. The release closely replicates the original game through music and animations and includes two bonus games from the original slot game: Keys to Riches and Trash for Cash. The end of August also saw the launch of Detroit Tigers Slingo in Michigan in partnership with BetMGM. This much-loved version of the game leverages branding from the Detroit Tigers franchise and is sure to appeal to the team’s loyal fans. Slingo Shark Week, our game in collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery, made a splash as a new entrant on the Eilers & Krejcik Gaming, LLC and Fantini Research Online Game Performance Report for August. We’re thrilled that Slingo Shark Week was subsequently named the top new game overall, the 6th best slot game, and the top game for desktop. Operators and Market Expansion Over the past two months, Gaming Realms has gone live with multiple large operators globally, including Mr Green and Betway. In Spain, Sisal.es has been launched, with our existing key operator Sisal to encourage market expansion, whilst in Sweden, we have launched our games catalogue with Come On Group and Bally’s Interactive. Come On Group also launched our Slingo games catalogue in all MGA markets. We also launched with Bingoal in the Netherlands as well. Across the pond in the U.S, we have continued to expand our distribution with Play Eagle and Caesars, launching in Michigan and Fallsview in Ontario, Canada. We are also delighted that, after being granted a transactional waiver in New Jersey, our partners at 4ThePlayer have gone live across top-tier customers via our platform, allowing them to enter the U.S. market. 01/9/2022 09:09 | I do think GMR will get taken out at some point. But not by the likes on ENT who are B2B operators. GMR will be taken out by a B2B or a bigger games development/distribu The likes of Evolution or Light and Wonder etc. | brownie69
31/8/2022 21:30 | We’re pleased to announce that our games are now live with Betway Group in the UK through our aggregation partners Games Global! We’re really excited to have expansion plans agreed for the EU and North America in the near future…Thanks to the whole team for helping this launch come together Source linkedin | epicsurf
28/8/2022 10:08 | GMR would fit nicely into ENT’s brand portfolio, so you never know, not inconceivable as GMR’s Chairman sold his previous business to Party Gaming. Personally I would rather let GMR run for a couple more years, as I think it has a lot more potential in time than a 50p per share valuation. | harv01
27/8/2022 12:04 | ENT could usefully buy GMR. I hold ENT & would accept a share deal... 1 ENT for 25 GMR (=50p), first pitched as 1 ENT for 30 GMR (=42p) Just speculating......... | napoleon 14th
24/8/2022 19:47 | Thank goodness for LinkedIn, some really positive updates recently, I just wish some of the news was released through RNS, so many positives with GMR currently but I think the share price would get some extra impetus through more PR by the company and the good things it is doing. | harv01 |
