For anyone to put £427k into a small rapidly growing company
tells us that GMR is going places in 2022.

If any of us had a spare £500k to put into GMR
it would show we had the confidence our investment was safe to grow over the coming years, otherwise you'd leave it in the bank......wouldn't you??

I don’t understand yesterdays reaction to great numbers. Slingo was only launched in both Pennsylvania and Michigan during the reporting period and was rolled out over the course of the year. The update in November stated Fanduel and WynnBet had only just launched the Slingo proposition in these states.

Plenty of yoy growth to come from these existing states and then you have Spain, Romania and the Netherlands to add to the numbers. Total population of these new countries is in excess of 80m, 8 times that of Michigan.

BIG buyers are appearing once more

Understandable at these exceptional low levels

Unbelievable low price to be able to enter a profitable Gaming Global footprint company

as you have already said," Buy and Hold for the Long Term"

It is short term traders looking for a blow out trading update that didn't happen, so they sell off moving on to the next target with their money. Spread is wide so the price moves down quickly because of low liquidity. Fwd earnings are good so although the PE is quite high 50 plus the strong earnings growth make this cheap with a PEG definitely lower than 1. Buy and hold or keep existing holdings for the long term.

I'm no expert

IMO GMR is a screaming BUY at these levels

Growing business with Global reach and profitable

What more do we need in this market from a UK company?

In my opinion at least

I'm out after the update this morning. It was a reasonable update, but I'm not sure that there is the growth here which I expected. Reasons being:

- Turnover in H2 2021 was £6.8m and in H2 2020 it was £6.2m. Normalising for the one-off lumpy amount in H1 2021 validates that sort of trend - perhaps H1 21 was around £6.5m excl the one off amount

- The continued wins this morning should continue the upward trend but I dont sense an acceleration, so lets say £7.3m and £7.7m in H1 and H2 this year? So £15m in total, or even being generous edge that up a little to be in the £15m - £15.5m range

- opex they've done well in controlling in H2 after it had increased before, but its around £10m so perhaps EBITDA is £5m - £5.5m in 2022

That gets me to an EPS of perhaps 0.4p this year, and then going out to the next year moving upwards towards 1p or slightly over in 2024

The problem I therefore have with valuation is that if this is growing nicely (say 10% -15) p.a. but not rapidly, then I think you need to start to look at valuation increasingly on a PE basis rather than sales multiple. And on that basis, the 30p share price doesnt seem cheap

There's always the potential for them to be acquired....and now that I'm out I'm sure that'll happen rapidly(!) but its not the basis to own a share for me.

All the best for holders

Morning ALL

I'm no expert
but GMR figures with Turnover up 27% and profit up 70%
is looking good to me.

Frankly
if they keep this up
some large player will buy them out of the market IMO.

Whole Market in turmoil so GMR dropping a little doesn't change the credentials.

GMR still holding up well whilst others fall dramatically

Head down for incoming Russian Mortars :(

Epicsurf -- Interesting that your updates having no effect on the Share Price of GMR

Is that apathy ?

Or

Just that the World awaits some figures/ future statement from the Directors of GMR?

What do you think?

NJ SPORTS BETTING PARTNERS RAMP UP
Already teamed with BetMGM, the New York Jets’ enhanced partnership includes a BetMGM-branded studio at the team’s training facility in Florham Park, a mere 26 miles from MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, along with branded blackjack and roulette games.

“Through the launch of Jets Slingo, we’re taking our relationship with the Jets to the next level,” said Oliver Bartlett, director of gaming for BetMGM, in a news release. “Jets Slingo is a great addition to BetMGM’s market-leading games portfolio and, thanks in part to the great work of Gaming Realms, we expect it to attract both Jets fans and avid casino players.”

Not aware its been tipped but may some read across from New York state opening up to Sports betting sooner than expected? The thinking being that more states will regulate due to their need for more tax revenue. Where sports regulation goes, iGaming is sure to follow at some point, IMHO at least otherwise the punters will just play offshore..
