Lyndon, definitely it’s going to plan. Today the company showed extraordinary resilience, so probably some of the “die-hard̶1; disbelievers will decide not to sell all the quantities. If they keep back 30-50%, we’re talking about 8mil more shares maximum. But let’s hope for more, and definitely I need to check myself a little bit. 3-4 weeks ago I sold 500k for 13.8, now buying back a little more to be honest, but today’s average was 16.7. The paying price for being in the group of disbelievers 🤣

Rank deal is signed and sealed. I didn’t want to sound dismissive about GAN, I was just sharing my opinion. GAN “paper” for the last month or two, is very expensive. So for them to issue more shares to acquire cash, was never better timing. With that cash they were able to buy companies with a similar size, but a 1/10 GAN’s value. When you miss an opportunity like this, especially on B to B waters, you are usually punished. The USA market usually understands this as weakness, not as caution. And I’m out of GAN, so I will not comment anymore, btw, I don’t know the size of Manchester United, I watch them only accidentally when they play against Chelsea 🤣.

All healthy actions here, another 2mil+ will exchange hands today for an average close of 17. It couldn’t turn better for GMR. 4-5 days like this, and 75% of the shares will be in the hands of people who don’t mind waiting for this company to reach its full potential. I never dreamed that I would say this but finally I think that this company has resilience and robustness. Give us 5 more days of trading like this!!!

Rimau, I hear you but its inevitable that two companies of similar size in the same industry are going to get compared when there is such a vast difference in the valuation.

Ron,

Id never have thought that Id hear GAN compared to Man United. They are far from a big fish in online gambling!

GAN is 10 times better prospects wise than GMR atm which is reflected in both companies market caps. Like comparing Mansfield town and Man Utd

I’m long GMR and have been for a while but this BB loses quite a bit of credibility With the uninformed Gan bashing. I like alternative view but at least do a bit of research first please!! You should come over to the Gan board for some healthy debate and leave this for GMR

Ok Ron. Risks much higher at GAN Id say. This is just games licensing.

Can anyone access this? Sounds like another deal.

Agreed Lanista. The difference now is that Patrick Southern and Simon Collins have left the business. Only the Chairman remains and he is looking like the man who has turned this around ATM. (I know you have reservations)
I totally agree with getting out of GAN , its over valued. To sustain that value they cannot miss a step and in B2B thats a tall order. To me its a short.

Ron Are you short of GMR? Fine if you are just trying to rationalise some of what you are say. You sound very negative for a company that has risen from 4.5p to 17.5p in a few short months.

The volume is not there today for GMR, because people do not wish to sell for lower prices, I’m offering to buy but there are not many offers to sell. And Nouj, do your research and find out, it’s easy. A Software-based company (B to B) is directly connected with the results of the companies that they are providing services for, so not spreading to maximize the offer of gaming for states that will allow online gaming is a miss for GAN

Out of interest which particular GAN decisions are you referring to which weren't aggressive enough?

Ron, in May, people were thinking offering 15p for GMR is paying over the odds, how funny does this sound now? What is over the odds this month and August will sound funny after September RNS, and so on and so on for the next 18 months. What is confusing you here and many people who have not followed this company for 5+ years like me, is that today, the share price is only 50% value of what it should be in reality. The reason for that is that this company is still paying the price for outrageous decisions that management was taking between 2014-2018. So if you are watching this company now and what they’re doing, it’s the same as watching an 18 month old company.

If your paying over the odds now surely this isn't a good investment atm That doesn't make sense

Brownie, I agree, the natural home for Slingo is Gamesys. In 2017, when GMR took the loans from Gamesys, Gamesys was insisting to have the rights to convert the loan to shares, a serious company doesn’t do that if they don’t believe something is there. That time I bought heavily in Gamesys, I like the scenario of buying in the potential seller and the potential buyer. Yesterday, I sold everything that I had in GAN, and moved that to GMR (today is looking good for buying). A couple of decisions that GAN made in the last 3 months are not aggressive enough for the aggressive valuation that they are holding. Let’s be honest here, we all can feel what the September RNS from GMR will be. And almost, we can predict safely from here what the end of year results will be. So for me, personally, I will have a much bigger percentage returned for the next 6 months from GMR than from GAN. And I’m not in the minority doing that. If somebody decides to buy this company in that time, I’m afraid now they need to pay, because why would you sell this company now for the price that you can achieve naturally in a very short time? We are now in the territory where you need to pay over the odds to buy this, otherwise just sit and wait, it costs you nothing.

GAN hasn't been taken out and has much better prospects Why would this be taken outImho to get a better share price listing they'd be better seeking us listing. UK doesn't value things like this properly
