Unfortunately these Shops have nothing to fall back on. Everyone sells these games, just google them.
There really is nothing going for a Company like these, especially in rougher times. They also have high overheads.

In the country where MPs fiddle their expenses and believe they were doing nothing wrong, no wonder company directors can commit a murder and get away with it.
As stated many times, the whole episode was carefully planned so the main actors (the Board) stay within the law. Don't think BS will get anywhere with legal the action.
