Pre pack admin job to be announced within days (maybe today or tomorrow), they have a ready buyer already mooted who will want to keep the best shops going beyond rent day 25 March plus needs to reassure staff or they'll start walking.

Its sad...been a speculative buy...either 12p or bust...and although was hopefull with so many interested parties etc...anyway last night we had one article with doom(MCV) and one article with some positive news(FT)...but it seems the management of Game clueless what to do...they are clearly not able to manage a downturn...and for the banks that the tax payer own...they rejected to be paid fully back by OpCapita???

And today is budget day...more hard earned families will pay more taxes etc...to save the banks??? who doesnt want to help viable buisness? A heavy restructuring of shop closure would have saved Game and half the jobs at least and back to profit within 1-2yrs...but banks doesnt want to help in anyway...

Yes, we know its not in admin yet...but now looks like 99% chance of that....anyway with speculative always only invest with what you can afford to loose...Good luck all for future trading...

My brother moved to Australia a few years ago and we were talking about Game the other day. He was telling me that the supermarkets are not allowed to stock video games at undercut prices, maybe if we had that sort of policy over here things could of been different.
Shareholders who were still in stung, and people out of work. Sad state of affairs.

Hope you do not take a big hit. The writing was on the wall, the amount of shares traded last week, meant all shorters had an opportunity to close. It was the dead cat bounce before the lights are switched


I suspect many thought of getting out before this weekend.
